처음 호텔에 방문했을때 루나가 이 호텔에 대해 친절하게 잘 설명해줬고, 영어가 유창하다고 칭찬해줬습니다:) 호주에서 대학교를 나와서 3개국어가 가능했고, 그 덕분에 영어로 번역기없이 소통이 가능해서 얼마나 기뻤는지 모릅니다! 아무래도 호텔에 시설이 많다 보니 기억하기 힘들다 보니 루나가 셔틀버스시간표, 부가시설, 조식시간 등 상세하게 메모해서 건네어줬어요. 2박3일동안 정말 최고의 케어를 받으며 한국으로 좋은 기억을 안고 갑니다. 아무래도 혼자와서 그런지 조금더 세심하게 챙겨주는것같았어요! 루나가 조식먹을때도 밝은미소로 인사해주고 세심하게 말을 건네어주는게 너무 고마웠어요. 호텔 체크아웃할때 루나가 오프여서 인사를 못한게 아쉽긴 했지만 다음에 꼭 호이안에 오게 되면 그랜드 선라이즈 팰리스 호이안에 머물고 싶어요. 제가 사용했던 객실에 대해 불편한점이 있었는데, 제시가 제가 불편했던점에 대해 들어줬어요. 객실도 잠시 카드키가 말썽인 이슈가 있었는데, 제시가 케어해줘서 빠르게 해결이 가능했어요. 제시가 다낭까지 가는데 어떻게 가냐고 세세하게 물어봐줘서 너무 고마웠어요. 이름 모를 1층 수영장 안전요원에게 감사의 인사를 전하고 싶다. 혼자 와서 안전요원께 사진찍는걸 부탁했는데 흔쾌히 부탁을 들어주셨어요: 안전요원분이 사진이랑 동영상을 잘 찍어주셔셔 감사했어요. 루나와 제시 그리고 다른 직원분들도 친절하고 케어도 다 잘해주시고 시설도 너무 예뻐요. 저도 5성급 체인호텔 쉐프로 근무해봤지만 이렇게 예쁘고 좋은 호텔은 처음인지라 근무하시는분들도 행복해보이는 호텔은 처음봤어요. 제 소원이었던 한국분들이 많이 없어서 너무 좋았고 외국분들이 많아서 좋았었어요! 호이안에 또 오고싶을정도로 시설도 좋고 직원분들도 친절하셔서 다시 방문하고싶어요. 말씀드린대로 영어버전 한국어버전 둘다 남깁니다🤗 When I first visited the hotel, Luna explained it kindly and praised me for being fluent in English :) I was so happy to be able to speak three languages after graduating from a university in Australia, and to be able to communicate without a translator in English! Since the hotel has a lot of facilities, it's hard to remember, so Luna took a detailed note of the shuttle bus schedule, additional facilities, and breakfast time and handed it over. I'm going to Korea with the best care for 2 nights and 3 days. Maybe because I came alone, I felt like she was taking care of me more carefully! I was so grateful that Luna greeted me with a bright smile and talked to me carefully at breakfast. It was a pity that Luna was off when I checked out the hotel, but I would like to stay in Grand Sunrise Palace Hoyan next time I come to Hoyan. There was something uncomfortable about the room I was using, and Jessie told me about my discomfort. There was also an issue in the room where the card key was briefly problematic, but Jessie took care of it and it was quickly resolved. Thank you so much for asking me in detail how to get to Danang. I would like to thank the unnamed swimming pool safety guard on the 1st floor. I came alone and asked the safety staff to take a picture, and he gladly accepted my request. Luna, Jesse, and the other staff were kind, took good care of them, and the facilities were so beautiful. I've worked as a five-star chain hotel chef, but it's my first time seeing such a pretty and nice hotel, so I've never seen a hotel where even the employees look happy. It was great because there weren't many Koreans who wished for me. It was great because there were many foreigners! The facilities are so good that I want to come to Hoi An again, and the staff are kind that I want to visit again. As I told you that before, I leave here Korean version and English version as well.Thank you🫶🏻

房間乾淨整潔，自助早餐非常豐富。酒店也提供免費到會安古城的接駁車。 尤其是酒店前台的工作人員非常熱心，從入住到最後離開都對我們提供幫助和意見。特別感謝Kathy和Luna，是我遇到過最負責任的酒店工作人員，非常感謝！

Отличный отель, менеджер Лили просто милашка, сопровождала нас в течении всего нашего отдыха, а это был всего 2 день, но она была рядом в нужное время. Сам отель очень чистый, номера просторные, в комнате стоит ванная, со семи приблудами чтобы ее принять, соль, гель для ванны, пена. Душ, вся сантехника блестящая, видно что очень следят за чистотой, затравки лучшие в хояне, мы были во многих отелях и лучше завтраков чем тут не было ни разу, там безумно вкусная копченая белая рыба, сыр бри, все очень вкусное, кофе делают из кофе машины. Мы обязательно приедем сюда еще раз, было супер
