Семейный отель, расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от центра и старого города. Доброжелательные хозяева. В номере старенькая мебель, но все достаточно чисто! Мне понравилось, цена-качество соответствуют.

Находится недалеко от центра. Помогли с арендой скутера. Однако есть очень серьезная проблема со стандартным номером на первом этаже. В номере очень сильно пахнет сыростью. Причину легко обнаружить за шкафом, который прикрывает стену, смежную с ванной. Эта стена полностью мокрая и, видимо, покрыта плесенью. На фотографии видно только то, что находится над шкафом. Кроме того, неразбериха с описанием номера на трипком - предоставленный номер не соответствует заявленному на фотографиях. И, наконец, окно - закрыто чем-то с улицы и не пропускает свет. Это могло бы быть неплохое место, но затхлый запах в номере настолько сильный, что кажется, что находится там небезопасно.

Très contents de notre séjour. La chambre est grande et moderne, nous avons loué un scooter directement à l'hôtel.

The location is good. You can get everwhere with taxi app easily.

Excellent value rooms very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly with great English

If for you not so important where to sleep and choosing cheap price it is good. Not good. It’s better. Oh, sorry, not better. It’s hotel the best. Ok, sure I am joking. If little bit more serious so it’s cozy home stay with hospitality mistress of the house. I liked all. Start from room and without finish. Just liked and dote. You can check it and write me if I’m wrong 😉 Thank you for all🙏

So far okay,booked for 2 days but checked out after 1 day stayed as weather hot and no plan to visit other area near Hoi An.

A comfy Homestay in a quiet neighborhood. Nothing to complain. Its a good place to chill a few day’s and explore hoi an by bike

I’m appreciate Trip.com handled my feedback professionally 👍🏻 Based on the service and amenities provided, I will NOT RECOMMEND anyone to choose this place. My worst experience I ever had. 1. On the check in day, the aircon not functioning as normal able turn on right away. Due to reach there at the hottest hour, thus request to turn on aircon but it took some times for the owner to turn it on. Before managed turn on the aircon request to change room instead, owner offer me downgrade to a non bathroom attached room and rejected by me. 2. After a while the aircon able turn on but having difficulty to turn off. After that I’m rushing to memories land theme park with aircon on till late. Surprised me the aircon in off mode when I’m back, meaning they entered room WITHOUT permission after my check in. 3. Beside that found a used towel in bathroom make me felt they didn’t do housekeeping properly or might didn’t do it at all. Due to late night and only for a night I just leave it. 4. What comes to surprise on the next day, my finger got cut by chipped wooden bed and follow with a cockroach say hi to me from the basin. Shared it with owner via WhatsApp but only tried to call once without saying anything. 5. Neutral to location due to depend where you plan to go, the homestay near to memories land.

Неплохой отель за свою цену. В номерах чисто, белье чисто, полтенце меняют каждый день, но на человека оно одно небольшое. Номер не маленький, но мебель старая. Не хватало шампуня, геля для душа. Чайник и стаеаны попросили на ресепшене, дали бесплатно. До достопримечательностей 10 минут пешком. Рядом много кафе, магазинов. Есть даже в пешей доступности сетевой винмарт.

親切で良い距離感を持ってくれるスタッフと、寝心地の良いベッドで良い滞在になりました。北側の通りに出て左に行ったところにある売店が便利で、飲み物やシャンプーなどひととおり揃います。毎日行きました。朝ご飯には通りを右に行ったところにあるMe ga屋台が美味しかったです。old cityから少し離れているので比較的静かですが、近くにレストランもたくさんあります。old cityとは違った雰囲気の街歩きを楽しみました。

My boyfriend and I stayed here 4 nights, originally booking a twin room as this was all that was available at our short notice. The host of the homestay was so lovely, and as soon as she realised we were a couple, she offered to move us rooms after our first night when a double room became available at no extra cost. The accommodation was located just off a busy Main Street, with restaurants/supermarkets/clothes shops right outside. About a 10 minute walk from the main old town and rivers with the boats. You can buy drinks from reception, and book tours through them. We booked a coconut boat tour which was good value and picked us up from the hotel. She also booked our onward travel to the next location for us, she was extremely helpful and even gave us a map of the local area. Both rooms we had were okay. Air con worked well, and shower was hot. Beds were fine and neighbourhood was quiet. We had laundry done by the host which was decent value and ironed and folded for us. We also rented bikes from her which were cheap. Overall, a good stay. Decent accommodation for what you pay for it, and good for a few nights when passing through.
