During my 14-day stay in Vietnam, this was undoubtedly one of the best hotels I experienced. It was exceptionally clean, situated in a prime location, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Every aspect of the stay was worth the money, making it a fantastic choice.

Exceptional customer service. I had leftovers and they gladly helped me reheat it in the staff kitchen and let me eat it in the buffet area.

A little far out and right next door to a nightclub but pleasing views over the river. Very clean and nice to have a balcony.

Nice room with a lovely view over the rice fields. Slight noisey as it’s next to a party hostel however only noticed whilst on balcony though and it wasn’t an inconvenience at all. The room did smell slightly of mold. I would stay again

Очень хорошо здесь) Кроме велосипедов) я понимаю, они бесплатно даются, но это ведь не значит, что они должны быть такими плохими) нужно обновить парк велосипедов или подтянуть цепь. В остальном-хороший завтрак, отличный вид из окна на рисовые террасы, чистая постель, вежливый персонал! Украсили нам кровать в честь нашего медового месяца) Экскурсии предлагают дорого) Лодка-корзина предложили за 300к на человека, а мы купили на KLOOK за 150к на двоих!;)))) Всем советую покупать экскурсии на KLOOK;)

This boutique hotel is ideal for seasoned travellers looking for safe, comfortable, and value-for-money accommodation. The rooms are clean and the daily breakfast was good and very substantial. The staff deserves special mention for their excellent service; they were attentive and helpful and made the stay a most pleasant experience. It's also great to be so near to the old town which was the key attraction for me.

Lana and the staff were so kind, attentive and lovely. Lana went out of her way to ensure we had a positive experience. The hotel is about 3 km from old town but there are complimentary bikes available. The breakfast caters for all nationalities and the pool is lovely. The rooms are immaculate, roomie and very comfortable.

hotel correct si vous avez une chambre dans le premier batiment ou vous avez un ascenseur;par contre si vous avez une chambre dans le 2eme batiment il n'y en a pas et les porteurs de valise pas assez costauds vous emmenent vos bagages avec des coups sur celles ci dans les escaliers.Hotel ou se croise beaucoup de touristes;petit dejeuner tres pauvre en viennoiseries

nous avons fait un circuit guidé du Nord au Sud Vietnam en groupe. A Hoi An il pleut très souvent, nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine. Chambre bien, personnel sympathique. En face de notre chambre il y a un poulailler, et dès 3h du matin le coq chantait. Grandes chambres spacieuses, petit déjeuner très bon

Cet hôtel est un choix idéal pour un séjour à Hoi An. Il offre une vue magnifique sur une rivière paisible et poétique. Les chambres y sont propres, belles et spacieuses, avec tout le confort nécessaire. J’ai beaucoup aimé la piscine, qui est à la fois belle et bien entretenue. Le service de spa est proposé à un prix très abordable. L’hôtel dispose d’une salle pour le petit-déjeuner élégante, avec une grande variété de plats délicieux et attrayants. Les vélos sont mis à disposition gratuitement, et j’ai adoré faire du vélo depuis l’hôtel jusqu’à la plage, qui se trouve à une courte distance.

The facilities are top-notch, starting with the stunning swimming pool that offers a relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking views. The spa was the perfect place to unwind, with a variety of treatments that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The hotel also has a fantastic play area for kids, which kept my little ones entertained for hours. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals with a wide selection, and the service was impeccable.
