The staff made us feel welcome upon check in, attentive and hospitable. Location was okay, about 5 mins by car to old town. Pools and breakfast was lovely. Recommend for families.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this clean and conscientious hotel, which offered respite from the crowds while also being conveniently located next to the Old Town main entrance. Nearby you can find affordable local food, and the hotel's breakfast is more than good for the value. But it's the people who make the trip worth it. The staff were remarkably efficient and kind, with special thanks to Irene, Pink, Rose and Sarah. Thanks for accommodating our needs.

Superb place. We loved our stay here. Staff was courteous. The breakfast spread had both local as well as western food.

It was a great hotel. It's a little far from the center of the old town, but it's within walking distance, so it's quiet and you can take a taxi right to the front of the hotel. The pool was clean and quiet. Breakfast was also sufficient. The surrounding view is rather bleak, so I recommend requesting a window on the inner balcony (pool side).

The hotel is very close to Hoi An Ancient Town and can be reached on foot. The staff is friendly and will introduce the surrounding attractions in detail. The sound insulation is not very good, but the hygiene is good.

＜Pros＞ The view of the old town is really good. It is about 650m from the entrance of the old town, and the bedding is soft and the pillow is not too high, so I slept really well. The pool is quite large, so it feels like a resort. It feels like eating breakfast while looking at the pool view in the morning. ＜Cons＞ The lighting in the room with the queen bed was too dark. It would be perfect if the lighting was a little stronger. The breakfast had a small variety and there wasn't much to eat. (The rice noodles were delicious)

Very nice place! Clean, tasty and plentiful breakfast, location ten minutes leisurely walk from the old town. And, most importantly, very friendly staff! My cat Barsik says hello to the girl at the reception who has three cats at home! 😻 I sincerely recommend this hotel for accommodation!

Access to the old town was good and the staff were all friendly~~ It was a very good value hotel~~ Breakfast was also pretty good~~^^

The staff were kind and gave us a thorough tour of the basket boat and spa. The rooms, pool, breakfast, etc. make this a good value hotel. The only thing I can say is that I booked the spa at the very end, and while I was still getting changed after the massage, the air conditioning and lights were turned off, which was unpleasant. It was a shame because the massage was so nice.

The room is clean and tidy, and the hotel facilities are sufficient and complete. Breakfast buffet bar with various choices, There are even kids’ favorites like corn chips and chocolate rice.
