Phòng ốc rộng rãi, sạch sẽ. Dịch vụ tốt và chu đáo. Ấn tượng cách bài trí và decor của phòng đẹp.  Ăn sáng buffet đầy đủ món á và âu, mỗi ngày món nước đều thay đổi nên không bị chán nếu ở lâu.

Vô cùng hài lòng với trải nghiệm mà khách sạn mang lại. Mình book phòng rất ngẫu nhiên mà không nghĩ nó ok như vậy. Khách sạn có đầy đủ các tiện nghi, vệ sinh sạch sẽ lại còn có dịch vụ xe đạp free và có ghế ngồi cho trẻ, rất phù hợp cho gia đình có em bé như nhà mình. Đồ ăn mình thấy khá đa dạng và ngon miệng. Nhân viên nhiệt tình với thân thiện nữa. View phòng mình khá là đẹp, khách sạn cách các điểm du lịch trọng điểm khá gần, rất thuận tiện. Có điểm trừ là điều hoà phòng hơi yếu 1 chút nma khách sạn cũng cho gia đình mượn thêm quạt, còn nhận hâm lại cháo cho em bé nhà mình nữa. 10000 ⭐️

服務：法式風情～還有自行車車可以使用，太棒了，完美的體驗！酒店距離會安古鎮也很近，自行車可以到～然後酒店還有旅遊推薦，我覺得蠻好的，適合我這種懶人！

酒店較舊，但設施不俗，應有盡有，員工親如有禮，食物質數很好。我們住的兩間相連房，極方便！只是酒店附近沒有較大型商場。

The thing that we love the most is the room decor, modern with Hoi an’s unique character. Location is not too far from old town, suggest to take the free bike and tour around the town. Not many choices with breakfast but everything on offer ticks the box. Only stayed for one night, didn’t get the chance to try the swimming pool, but the Long Island ice tea is highly recommended - not me but my wife.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and passion to treat everyone of us. Their professionalism, warm attitude and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on excellent customer service.

部屋はとても広くて、綺麗。バスルームも広い。 ただ、クローゼットと荷物置きと洗面所とトイレとバスタブ＆シャワーが、一つの部屋にあり、全く区切りや扉がない。全部筒抜け。クローゼット自体にも扉がない。そのため、クローゼットに洋服を干すと、トイレの汚い邪気や臭いがついてしまう。またバスルームの湿気もついてしまう。バスタブはあるが、シャワールームはなく、バスタブの中でシャワーを洗うのも厄介。 結果的に、クローゼットや荷物置き場は、全く使えない。 また、換気扇がなく、毎回トイレの度にブラインドを上げ下げして、窓を開けて換気をしないといけない。 色々不備が多く、テレビもリモコンの反応がほぼなく、直接手でテレビを押してつけたりしないといけない。電気ケトルも、いくら電源を入れてオンにしても、全く動かないので、お湯にならない。 一見見た目は綺麗だが、使い勝手が非常に悪い。 無料のレンタサイクルはあるが、旧市街までは自転車でもかなり遠い。特に、夜はバイクや車も多いし、暗いので、道に迷ってないか心配になってしまう。 また、チェックイン時に、スタッフに名前と電話とメールアドレスを紙に書かされたが、そこには１行ずつ各お客様の個人情報が書かれており、他のお客様の個人情報が完全に見えている。全く、個人情報保護やセキュリティの観点がない。 スタッフの対応も、あまり良くない。 朝食はまぁまぁ美味しいが、種類は若干少ない。 リーズナブルだが、それなりのホテル。場所も悪いし、そこまでお勧めするホテルではない。

We booked a hotel for 1 night to visit Hoi An. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which was very nice, the balcony is wonderful. The hotel itself is located near the old town (you can walk there) and in a relatively quiet and peaceful place. Pros: - location, - hotel facilities (swimming pool, good beds, TV, robes, towels for the pool), - friendly staff. Cons: - the bar closes at 9pm; - the pool is also formally until 9pm, but no one kicked us out at 10pm - and a **HUGE MINUS** - the girl from the reception who sells you additional services all the time: when you check in she offers all sorts of boats walks and taxi, at breakfast she comes up and asks about your plans and kind of unobtrusively offers a taxi, etc. It's annoying, but it's Vietnamese marketing, unfortunately

一間很靚的酒店，距離會安古鎮只是5分鐘車程。 而且客服還會介紹會安景點及食品，非常貼心 基本上各方面也很滿意。

房間尚可，早餐不錯
