"We had a great stay at this beautiful resort. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel was right next to the beach. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. There were plenty of English TV channels. The hotel staff accommodated us with an early check-in and a late check-out. The free shuttle into town was quick and reliable. "I was quite impressed with the personal touch during check-in when the receptionist took time to explain the places of interests in Hoi An for all first time visitor. The room I got was beautifully decorated, clean and I enjoyed the bathtub. Just that u gotta bring your own bath bomb for the tub :) I also particularly like the balcony view. The hotel is located at a quiet corner and the old town is just around 10 mins walk away or you can cycle there with the hotel bikes. I really enjoy my stay in this hotel alot. Thumbs up."

"Cycling in the past, the owner was very enthusiastic to ask if it was safer to park indoors. There were many shops around it. The mattress in the room was very good. Breakfast was a menu the day before. One main meal was accompanied by a drink."

"Con mia moglie siamo stati due notti, e siamo rimasti veramente contenti, la struttura si trova su di un isoletta a 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare in centro dove ci sono negozi bancarelle ristoranti ecc ,camera molto pulita e bella con un bellissimo terrazzino molto tranquillo, la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina, ottima colazione e la receptionist impeccabile, davvero gentile con un piccolo costo aggiuntivo ci ha lavorato ed asciugato i vestiti, ci ha prenotato il bus notturno per spostarci a Da Lat con un servizio di prelievo direttamente dalla struttura!!.
Davvero tutto perfetto, lo consiglio vivamente !!"

GGuest UserThe room is very nice, Jessi at the reception is super helpful! She arranged shuttle bus for us to old town, booked spa downstairs and we had enjoyed a welcome afternoon tea with some traditional Vietnamese cakes, it’s such a great experience to try local desserts. What’s more, the breakfast in here is so amazingly good I can say the quality is the best in the trip even comparing to those 5 stars hotels in town! The spa and two pools are nice! We had 60 mins oil massage with a very reasonable price! Tina, Sam and VY are taking care of the family and the service is just amazing! We had a wonderful trip experience with staying in this hotel and we will definitely come visit again for the good services, nice food and hotel room :)

SSteffdoAbsolutely wonderful stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, cleaned daily, and I always appreciated the fresh water. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town. A fantastic bonus was choosing my delicious breakfast from a menu the day before. All of this for a very reasonable price – incredible value! Highly recommend.

Ttenzing nyidenEverything about the hotel was amazing. The staff, the property, location and everything was great. We had an beautiful and relaxing one night stay at the moire and would definitely book again. It was valentines day, they gave us a free upgrade which was very sweet of them. Hoi an was my favorite place in Vietnam and moire hotel was one of the reasons for it.

We were met in the heat with an umbrella near the car, the welcome soft drink was delicious and refreshing, the staff is extremely attentive and caring, they helped inflate the pool rings, we rode free bikes, they wanted to help with the transfer to the pier, the breakfasts were delicious, filling, there is food for any stomach, we spent 2 days in the hotel wonderfully! Thank you, we hope to come back!

JJASMINE HHHNice hotel with strategic location. The beach is just across the road, nearby has a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own pool, kid club, spa and restaurant. The price is reasonable and with nice ambience, breakfast has variety of choices and good of food. The highlight for us was the exceptional level of customer service. All the staff were polite, understanding and tried to help us and supply us additional bottles of water when requested. The free tea break was great and awesome service by Hotel. The restaurant waitresses are friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.
All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The convenient location, modern rooms, and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend the Tran Family Hostel to fellow travelers visiting Hoi An.
