Service and location were the only pluses here. Everything else was very questionable. See the pictures. We were unaware that there was construction going on before we arrived. We found out that there wasn't an elevator. There were several areas around the building and in our room that were not repaired properly. The bathroom door to our room would open on its own, unless completely closed. This is a sign that the door was hung improperly or has come loose over time. The towel holder and the curtain rod were wobbly. The shower was very slippery. It seemed very odd to me that a hotel would be advertising alcoholic drinks for sale. The lampshade did not have a finial to keep the lampshade in place.

There was extra pillows for every comfort occasion. The mattress was soft with plenty of thickness to comfort your curves. The rooms were very clean and I slept in a coma! It was a nice one night experience.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. Friendly staff, clean modern room, and were flexible with my check in. They currently have construction going on (new wing), so lobby is a bit torn apart. But other than that everything was clean and modern.

I arrived late and received the most cordial and helpful welcome I can recall at any motel ever! The clerk was the perfect mix of friendly and respectful for a traveler arriving in the middle of the night. My experience with him created a sense of comfort and security I enjoyed through the rest of my stay in very lovely and enjoyable accommodations.

It was nice, but still undergoing some serious renovations and it’s in the middle of almost nowhere. The is a TA gas station with Hardee’s and Dunkin attached and then a Dollar General about a half mile up the road. Other than that I enjoyed my stay for what it was which was only one night for work.

We booked 7 rooms for a family funeral gathering. Jessica was awesome help with all our needs. Lovely hotel. Breakfast was a little sparse but quite adequate. Entire family was impressed. I would use this hotel again. A great find in northwest rural Iowa.

Water pressure was amazing!! Also very hot water. The breakfast was ok but bread and bagels were quite dry. Other wise good hot breakfast. Very few motels still have a functioning Ice machine even though it was cold out its still nice to have a little ice with a drink at night.

The room was very clean and we appreciated that the air was already on when we walked in. We thought the bed was very comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot and there was a wide selection from hot items to cereal. We would stay here again.
