Never super busy unless a holiday. Great for snorkeling, swimming as well as for kids as it is protected from large waves. While its not likely to disrupt your stay, there is a small chance it happens from time to time (especially during elections, protests or large events)- There is common street noise from traffic passing by (sometimes groups of motorcycles that ride around town). We are located on the 8th floor, so it is limited, but some light sleepers have mentioned it.- We have blackout curtains/shades in both bedrooms. While this blocks out 95-99% of the light, there may some a small amount of light that comes through on the sides. But it is very limited.- We have 2 A/C units located in the unit. One for the master bedroom and one for the living room area and second bedroom. The building (including the A/C units) are less than 10 years old and serviced regularly. Some light sleeper guests have stated it can be loud for them. However, most of the time, the A/C is not needed in the evening so we recommend keeping it off and/or running the A/C prior to going to bed to cool the room.- We have a very high occupancy rate, so we are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins so plan your arrival accordingly. If you need recommendations on where to spend time prior to check-in, please let us know and we are happy to help!- We have temperature locks on the thermostats. You are able to control the temperature between 70-85 degrees.
