This unit is located in a prime Wrightsville Beach location - two blocks from Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier and one block in from the Atlantic Ocean. Walking to the beach is easy - access 14 (Shearwater) is just 1 minute down the street with no streets to cross and the access has a lifeguard station (Memorial Day through Labor Day).This 1400 squared feet condo is a spacious and clean open concept unit with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen includes a Wolf gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a built-in wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, coffee makers and much more. There are two private outdoor porches off the living room and dining room. The unit is located on second story of three-story building. First level is the garage and storage. The unit sleeps 6-8 comfortably; queen size master bed, double bed in one guest bedroom, two twin beds in another and a double bed pull out couch in the living room. The master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. Another full bath and a half bathroom are located down the hall. All linens and bath towels are provided. Beach towels may be checked out at no additional cost.The property is beautifully landscaped and includes a seashell patio area, firepit and artificial turf. The outdoor space is a perfect spot to gather and relax after your day at the beach or from fishing. Street parking is free from 6:30pm-9:00am Monday through Saturday and free on Sunday. I park in the lot behind the building and sometimes find street parking right in front. There are several decks around and I just unload in the front (if space allows) and then I move my car.There is a walk up! One flight of stairs, no elevator.Sleeps 6 means: Two beds (one queen, one king) and one pull out sofa. As my spot is so spacious it comfortably sleeps 6. I also have an air mattress as well. Please disclose all guests staying overnight as we set up accordingly. I have a similar unit exactly adjacent to this unit, within same walk up.
