An iron and ironing board can also be found there, along with a bin of clean "Rag Towels" and a humidifier. There is also a Queen Sized bed, futon, 5 drawer dresser, and a luggage rack. The bathroom was remodeled around 2010. It is a full 3 piece bath with sink, toilet and tub with shower. It is stocked with hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, 3 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 face clothes. If you are a conscientious owner and don't let your dog bother others with loud and constant barking & you don't let your dog sleep in the bed or chew things up, I say 'Welcome'. I have never had a problem from a dog or dog owner in all the years of renting this condo. Please tell me if you are bringing a dog. Remember, this condo is a studio and I only allow one dog at a time. If it's raining and you need an umbrella, I leave one in the closet. If you borrow it, be sure you return it. It is easy to accidentally leave it in a restaurant - but then it won't be there for the next person that needs it. We love animals but please do not attempt to pass a pet off as a service animal. This is fraud and illegal in Colorado and only serves to harm those who legitimately need service animals. ESA's are not federally protected as service animals. Bringing a pet and/or faking a service animal will result in an immediate termination of your stay and forfeiture of your security deposit and reporting to the state of Colorado. Any fines imposed by the HOA for the pet will be passed on to you and become your responsibility.-Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the unit. And no smoking/vaping near open windows or doors to the unit. Smoke odor embedded in the unit will be charged an additional clean-up fee or result in the forfeiture of your damage deposit. If you are a smoker and smoking outside of the building, please be sure you are extra vigilant in your ashing and disposal methods. Colorado is MUCH more dry than most areas and a cigarette can easily ignite a raging fire. Our smoke detectors are hard-wired into a fire monitoring system. Tampering will result in a $300 fine from the HOA that will be passed on to you.-All guests WILL be required to sign a rental agreement after booking and prior to their entry code being given out. In the kitchen you will find top of the line appliances and accessories for all of your cooking needs including Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf Cooktop, Stove & Oven, copper/cast iron pots & pans, microwave, and coffee maker. And of course, plates and flatware for both every day-dining and more intimate soirees. The kitchen is also home to the in-condo washer and dryer!The kitchen gives way to the dining/living area via 4 antique bar stools that cozy up to the bar counter – they too were transplanted from another infamous drinking hole in southwest Colorado.
