The house can be reached in two ways: 1) Access by car from Kaltenbach (4 km) on a small mountain road to the landlord's house near the middle station, snow chains may be necessary. From there, an ascending footpath and transport path leads to the house (approx. 900 m). 2) Ascent with the Hochzillertalbahn to the mountain station (operating hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). From there over 3 km long, groomed and snow-covered ski run to the house (run for experienced skiers). On the day of arrival, the cable car can be used free of charge from 3 p.m., provided that the ski passes for the following day are purchased.
