This sea-themed accommodation is located on a slightly elevated hill in Isshiki, Hayama. From the wooden deck on the 1st floor, you can see Mt. Fuji, and from the 2nd floor you can enjoy the scenery of Mt. Fuji on the right side, and the Imperial Villa and Oshima on the left side. In addition, you can see Enoshima faintly from the attic, and you can fully enjoy the view of Hayama. You can also walk to Isshiki Beach and Morito Coast, which have been selected as one of the 100 nice beaches in the world, in 10 to 15 minutes by walking. You can have a BBQ on the wooden deck on the 1st floor, so please contact us if you would like to use it. (We have a BBQ stove instead of charcoal)※Only for those staying at least 2 nights (available from 11:00 to 15:00) House rules ・No smoking inside the house (smoking is allowed outside on the terrace). ・Bringing or using hotplates (electric griddles) are prohibited. ・No noise after 9:00 p.m. (This location is in a quiet residential area, so please be quiet.) ・The terrace can't be used after sunset. ・No parking of cars in front of the house. ・No loud talking in front of the house. ・Pets are not allowed. ・Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00 ・Check-out time: 11:00 am. If you check-out after 11 o'clock, will be charged.

For those who want to travel around Hayama can see the Hayama Imperial Villa and Isshiki Beach from their rooms.Please pay attention before booking!!☆ No bathtub, however, there are two lotus-hatched.☆ If you travel by car, you can visit to the hot springs in the area.
