We experienced a very unfortunate travel delay which landed us in Incheon, South Korea for three nights. As we scrambled to read hotel reviews and check availability, DK Hotel was recommend by the baggage agent. The hotel was warm, inviting, clean, quiet and the room had many delightful amenities including an air purifier, microwave, mini refrigerator, bidet toilet and plenty of fantastic misc travel samples from Korean skin care to amenities for couples. However, the unexpected kindness and extraordinary hospitality shown by the Hotel Manager, Mr. Han, touched our hearts so deeply, it’s made an everlasting impact. Over three days, he intuitively gifted cup of noodles as a gesture one morning after seeing we were too tired to make it out for food, partly due to it being 29 degrees and we were packed for 90 and humid weather! He lent me a down jacket and recommended wonderful restaurants to visit in the area. One of the best meals we had on our travels through Vietnam and Cambodia. Kindly held our bags and printed a travel document prior to our departure. He has made friends and customers for life and it changed what was an extremely stressful situation in to something kind and incredible. If you are going to Incheon, I highly recommend this hotel, and please say hello to my new friend, Mr. Han. 😇

Old love hotel. It's cheap so you can withstand it for one night. I couldn't wash my head because I couldn't use the shower. There is no air conditioner and an electric carpet on the bed? There was something like that.

AAnonymous UserI used it for a concert. They can help you in Japanese, and even if it's early in the morning, they'll even take you to the airport. The room is cute and I'm satisfied ^^ However, I'm a little sensitive to noise, so even if I'm talking in a normal tone at night, I'll still get a call asking me to be quiet lol. It's a lack of consideration on my part, but I felt it was a little harsh. Other than that, it's one of the nicest guesthouses I've ever stayed at. I will stay again if I have a chance ^^

GGuest UserAt first we booked the camping option and it was literally a tent in a room facing the sea so we choose another room instead. The new room was very clean and the hotel is near to restaurants and convenience stores. Carry adapters to use with your devices as the hotel does not really provide adapters for the devices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is also beside the sea which is lovely. It’s a lovely place to stay.

아아리쌤We arrived at the airport around midnight due to a delay on Turkish Airlines. There was no accommodation where check-in was possible after 12 o'clock, but fortunately, the boss let me check in, so I went. Upon arrival, the room was spacious and the bedding was clean. It was a very good place to stay for a day. Thanks to the kind owner and nice room, I can take a good rest. thank you

GGuest UserI thought I booked a hostel with dormitories, but it turned out to be a single room. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and hygienic. The hot water was available 24 hours a day. It was great. I arrived too early and had to wait until 3pm to check in. I smoked for an hour outside. The surrounding area was much quieter than Seoul. There was not much business, but there were still convenience stores and not many restaurants. It's a 10-minute walk to Unseo Subway Station. Remember to take Exit 2. The lady boss can communicate in Korean English. The included breakfast was also good. I will consider coming here next time I transit. The price is very cost-effective. I am satisfied🈵

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. I was a little uncomfortable without sheets, but it didn't affect me. Overall, it was good. The landlord and his wife were very nice. We booked an airport shuttle early in the morning and it was very punctual. The surrounding area was also very convenient, with restaurants and convenience stores. Google Maps didn't seem to work well here.

GGuest UserVery big apartment with excellent view to the beach and islands. Restaurants, Café and Convenience Store are close by. We had a private rooftop terrace with also top view. The apartment is clean and has fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is neatly but a bit small for European expectations.

KKaranPlace was completely adequate and worth the cheap price! The location was also convenient in getting to the airport and there was enough to eat around. The check-in process was not that straightforward though. Definitely had to figure it out (not that it took more than 5 minutes to understand). The solo room is also a decent enough size too, and the fridge was a reasonable size too.

GGuest UserI arrived Incheon Airport at 9:30pm with a bicycle. A free shuttle bus, operated by Incheon Airport (not hotel) can take you to the accommodation. The last shuttle bus from the airport was 23:56 pm and stops in front of the building. There was no reception area and you need to self check in. It was in the same building as Hotel Hue. There were a few airport trollies parked on the grounds of the building and was able to use this to carry my bicycle still in the box. The room itself was clean and very spacious with a microwave and large fridge.

GGuest User1 Star for Navigation and Check-in — Be Prepared If Arriving Late at Night I arrived in Seoul around 1 AM and spent almost the entire night trying to find how to actually get into this hotel. It was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially after a long flight. First of all, the walking directions from Google Maps were completely useless. I tried to follow the path on foot, but it led me nowhere, and there was no sidewalk in some areas. I also couldn’t figure out how to catch the shuttle from the 3rd floor of the terminal — I ended up walking a dangerous road alone in the middle of the night. Even when I finally found the building, there were no signs or clear entrance markings for the hotel. No one around spoke English, and the late hour made everything worse. The WhatsApp response from the hotel was delayed, so I had to figure it all out on my own. Important tip: you MUST contact the hotel in advance to get check-in instructions — it’s a contactless self-check-in process, and nothing will make sense if you’re trying to figure it out on the spot at night. In the room: • Very spacious and clean • Clean towels and bedsheets • Heated blanket on the bed (which was a lifesaver) – Room temperature was fixed at 21°C and couldn’t be changed Overall, the room itself was very comfortable and well-kept, but the logistics of getting in — especially late at night — were absolutely awful. I strongly suggest the hotel provides a clear video or visual map to help future guests find the way more easily.
