Beautiful ocean views on Seven Mile Beach. Crescent Point is a hidden beach front gem! Unit 12 is on the second floor, with breathtaking views. It is completely renovated with new furniture & stainless steel appliances. Located close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. Crescent Point has a gorgeous pool and hot tub, and there is a grilling area and fitness center for use. There is an elevator for your convenience. Lounge chairs are provided on the white sand beach or by the pool. It is a slice of paradise! Unit 12 has a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen and living room. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a dedicated work space. The second bedroom has king size bed with direct access to the second bath. The third bedroom has two twin xl beds which can be made into a king bed upon request. Each bedroom has a TV with cable channels. Free WI-FI is included as well. The kitchen is fully appointed including all appliances plus coffee pot, toaster, cookware, bakeware, serving plates, and all kinds of utensils. We’ve also included a bartender kit and a ninja smoothie blender. Towels and beach towels are included. Daily cleaning service is provided. Washer and dryer are in the unit. The beach is a beautiful white sand beach with beach chairs and umbrellas. The sand beach at Crescent Point has been protected by the “iron shore” which is made of limestone. This makes it difficult to wade into the water in front of the resort. Please feel free to bring water shoes, or you can walk approximately 150 feet South and gently wade in and swim in the swimming cove there. To walk the full length of Seven Mile Beach, you can walk North on the sidewalk along West Bay Rd for about half a mile to the Public Beach Access. It’s just past the tunnel on the left. You can walk to Camana Bay (shopping and restaurants) using the walkway right next to the tunnel on the right. There is also a two-seat kayak available for use. You have to sign it out in the office. Please check in at the main office once you arrive. Groceries can be delivered ahead of your stay with at least 48 hours notice. Please message me if you’d like that information. The summer systems tend to shift the sand north and the winter systems shift the sand back south. So it is quite likely that there will not be sand on the beach during the months of July through December when the winter waves do their job of bringing the sand back. The central section of Seven Mile Beach has the widest and most reliable stretch of beach but you will notice that reflected in the pricing of those complexes versus Cayman Reef. Happy to say that we currently have some beach (as of April 2025) in front of the complex and will likely have through June/July.We provide folding beach chairs so that you can access the beach next door (or elsewhere on the Island) if visiting during a time when our water is up to the wall.Check out our reviews on our other condos! Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo itself is located between the beach and the pool and you will enjoy beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the living room and its patio. The resort boasts a pool, a lighted tennis court, and plenty of green space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom and and WIFI internet throughout the unit. We also include a phone with unlimited calls to Canada and the US and provide a local cell phone for you to use during your visit.We have paid attention to detail to ensure that you feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basics as well as some nice extras such as a coffee maker, set of wine glasses, serving dishes and knife block to name just a few. We have added high quality bedding and towels to ensure you are comfortable in all aspects. We are located on a beautiful, wide section of Seven Mile Beach close to all amenities. Enjoy snorkeling directly in front of the complex and easy access to all other watersports (jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat, kayaking, etc) a short walk away at the Royal Palms beach bar. A visit to Cayman isn't complete without a visit to Stingray City. Tour operators will pick you up at the condo to take you to Stingray City or scuba diving. Also within walking distance is Cayman's newest development, Camana Bay, where you will find the cinema, shops, restaurants and a nice treat of ice cream or frozen yogurt. Our condo is also on the bus route for easy access to downtown George Town.Our condo is located in the heart of the action with too many restaurants and bars within walking distance to name. You will also find a great variety with many options in both casual, good value dining as well as high end dining. As for essentials, there are two supermarkets about a 15 minute walk away (in opposite directions), a wine/spirits/beer store across the road, and an ATM very close by.Cars are driven on the left side of the road in Cayman which can be daunting to many North Americans. There are plenty of options for car rentals but most visitors choose not to rent a car and walk to most attractions or catch the bus.As we live in the same complex, we offer you the additional benefit of being close by should you need anything. We include a welcome package of some of our favorite things to do on-island and where to find all of the necessities.
