Outstanding

GGuest UserThe hotel is super new, half of the hotel is still under renovation. This is the first place where there was no smell of dampness, it just kills me. Everything is clean and beautiful Cons: No dryer, but when I asked, they brought it to the room. No towels for the beach, and this issue was resolved individually. It's a 20-second walk from the pier. Overall: I highly recommend it!

ЕЕlen KaОтель очень понравился, окна выходили на противоположную от дороги сторону, было очень тихо. Аостель очень удобная, кайф... Отель в центре острова, всё рядом, и пляжи, и пирс, и кафе с обменниками. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые. А ещё там живут три милых котика))

GGuest UserThe location was pretty decent - its very near the viewpoint, which makes it easy to travel there especially with the walk being quite steep, you save some time and energy. It is considered to be within the main area of Phi Phi island, making it accessible to many shops and F&B. It being a 1-star hotel, expectations must also be adjusted accordingly. Cleanliness was not bad, no random stains or hair on the bed and the bed was nicely done up during our visit. Would like if they offered daily cleaning service but the cleaning service can be requested for every 2 nights stay which is still fair. Service was good, they offered us water upon arrival and when we left. There is also a push trolley service where they can send your bags to the ferries area for 50Baht which is pretty OK considering it is a 1-star hotel. Facilities wise, wish that they had hot water, it had only cold water which is refreshing on a hot day but preferred if we had the option to adjust. Please also check if your room has air-con when booking. Ours didn't have it because I assumed the rooms would naturally have it but the room we booked didn't have it. The fan provided at the maximum speed, was not cooling enough for me. I felt like I still sweat a lot in the room which is not ideal.

OOlgaWe really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and location. Everything is close by! Not on the mountain. We were met at the pier and escorted absolutely free of charge. At our request, we were moved to another room, larger and with two beds. We made friends with Chen from the reception. A responsive and very kind guy. Amazing island, unforgettable impressions, great excursions. The beauty of nature is off the charts! Shows on the island every day and everything is two steps from the hotel. We will definitely come back!

AAnonymous UserVery dirty room, the curtains are all stained, the floors are not washed. There is no partition/curtain in the shower, so everything is flooded with water, and there are also no shelves in the bathroom (taking a shower was very inconvenient and disgusting) The bed linen has stains and holes (we hope that the stains just haven’t been washed out..) The mattress is uncomfortable. The location is good (but we didn’t find it right away, Google maps doesn’t build the route correctly) There is a slight climb up the steps. The view from the room is wonderful! Beach towels were issued upon request at the reception, water also had to be asked each time (the room was not replenished) Cleaning upon request (but in fact only bed linen is replaced) There is a kettle, but to boil it you need to use the outlet near the bed. It’s better to walk along the coast to Long Beach, it takes about 30-40 minutes (do not follow the route Google Maps builds - it leads through the mountain)
