We assume the pet is well behaved and will be trained to be quiet.Non-aggressive breeds, no history of aggression, 50lb limit and $100 per animal per stay dog fee (non-refundable). Pets and service animals must be supervised when in the backyard, not be left unattended at any time.Pets and service animals should have a collar, harness, or microchip with identifying owner information attached should it become lost and must be crated or kenneled when left alone to avoid accidents.Please avoid any pet mess inside the house and outside as well. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.LONGTERM STAYS:For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained.
