Outdoors is also super accessible with smooth concrete under the house and a total covered entertainment area including Cantina bar, TV/Audio wall, game tables, charcoal grill, kids chalk table, and extra wide sidewalks to the Lakeside Pavilion. Included in your stay are access to 5 kayaks, 1 extra long canoe and two pedal boats, plus basic fishing poles and gear. With all beds occupied, there is room for 13, but don't count out the two twin cots and the queen sofa bed in the den! The wrap around deck upstairs is perfect for coffee in the morning, bird-watching, quiet reflection or a big family meal at the accessible picnic table. Finally, there is the covered Lakeside Pavilion, with a fire pit area, an 8 ft accessible picnic table and other seating that can be moved to fit your group - complete power and lights, too! A well-appointed main bedroomwith a king bed and a second guest room with two twins. Down the hall is a full bathroom as well as a small sitting area with a TV. Descend a flight of stairs to the garden-level living room complete with large sectional, club chairs, and a 75-inch Smart TV. Large picture windows provide amazing Lake views and French doors open to provide immediate access to the patio with table and chairs and a hammock for two.Take a few more steps and reach the deck with a dining table and chairs, picnic bench, and lounge chairs. A two-slip boat house provides safe haven for your watercraft. On the upper level, exit the side door to a small deck and veranda complete with a sitting area and gas BBQ. A fire pit with a fire ring and seating for four is perched on the knoll overlooking the lake.Parking: Please park underneath the carport or on the concrete pad on the right side of the house. Parking is limited to two cars. The bottom of the driveway is an easement shared with neighbors and must not be used for parking. Also, please do not park on the driveway adjacent to the carport.Watercraft:Please do not attempt to bring your watercraft down the steep driveway. Instead, launch at Cypress Landing and secure the boat in the slip closest to the deck without the lift. You may park your trailer at Cypress Landing for $10 per day. There is not enough room to park a trailer on the property. Guests have access to the entire house and grounds except for locked storage areas. Outdoor space includes a deck, upper and lower-level patios, a carport, a boat house, and a fire pit. Lake access via swim ladder off the deck.Other things to note4 guests max.
