This is a great place to spend time away from the city year round.The property is located in Roscommon, Michigan. The village of Roscommon is a 5 min drive from the home; where you can find local stores and restaurants. In the summer time you can enjoy the Ausable river, Higgins lake or Houghton lake. In the winter you can enjoy ice fishing in those same lakes. If you prefer skiing and tubing you can go to Hanson Hills in Grayling just 15 min away or Otsego Resort 40 min away. Or you may decide to stay in and enjoy the 2 acre property full of snow.The garage and polebarn area is off limits for guests. You can park anywhere on the concrete area of the property. The living room on the main floor has a sofa sleeper. Supplies: we leave coffee, paper towel, garbage bag (s), and toilet paper to get you started: if you’re there for an extended stay you may want to bring more. Pets are allowed we just ask that they stay off the furniture; there is plenty of room for dogs to run around the 10 acres. Please disclose if you are bringing a pet as there is a small cleaning fee. A large sand bowl is located directly across the road. Nearby trails accessible nearby just down a few dirt roads. Hit the trails without the hassle of trailering your toys any further than the driveway.
