The open kitchen/dining/living area flows onto an extra-large patio. Both the living area and master bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors opening to the patio and overlooking the pool and courtyard. The patio has a new dining set seating six, a separate conversation area for four and, a patio closet with floats and beach toys. The patio is only five steps from the pool and a few more steps to the beach boardwalk or the charcoal grills. We love the convenience of relaxing on the patio while being near, if needed, by kiddos in the pool.
