Enjoy downtown Knoxville and all it has to offer in this historic condo! Original hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, fresh paint and new furnishings make this condo feel luxurious. You will still find some of the unique features original to the 1885 White Lily factory that operated here until 2008. The historic charm of the building with high ceilings and large windows creates the warm feeling you are looking for in a getaway. The condo offers two public lots across from the building. Additional parking may be found on the street. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and plenty of barware to go around. There is a washer and dryer in the unit should you need to do laundry while you are away. The building has an elevator and a coded entrance.We would love to invite you to stay in our one-bedroom condo. We are within walking distance of some of Knoxville’s best restaurants, bars, breweries and nightlife. The condo is located in The Old City, which offers several restaurants and shops; and a two-minute walk to The Mill and Mine. Downtown Knoxville, Market Square and Old North Knox are within a ten-to-fifteen-minute walk.
