You can still access the beach the only difference is you will have to walk on a sand path rather an wooden path. Regarding the broader impact, Manasota Key was significantly affected by these hurricanes, with many properties experiencing much more severe damage than our complex. The island is in the process of recovery, with ongoing rebuilding efforts to return to its former state. If your stay is planned for 2025, please be prepared for an environment with more construction activity than usual.The public beach has not yet reopened, as there is an ongoing process to sift and return sand to the beach area.
