Guests who violate this rule agree to forfeit the entirety of their deposit as liquidated damages in addition to a $150 additional cleaning fee.Check in is at 3PM. Early check in must be approved by your host. Any early check in without authorization will be assessed an early check in fee of $100. Checkout is at or before 10AM on the last day of your stay. Please be courteous to future guests by leaving the home at your checkout time. Guests who check out late will be subject to a fee of $50 for each 30 minutes beyond the check out time.Please note there is absolutely NO SMOKING in the home.
