Bringing one without consent may cause you to lose your security deposit.The air conditioning and heating are seasonal, and controlled by the management. I have portable a/c units and heaters you can request; just let me know.The condos have an air chiller system which works really well, even in the summer heat. It's a little different than individual air conditioners; each condo has a blower motor in the ceiling that blows the cold air from the chillers through the vents into the condo.
