Our bright and open basement apartment has a separate entrance, a full kitchen/dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fireplace, washer/dryer, plus a game room perfect for kids and playful adults.Our home is a 15-min Lyft or Uber ride from the airport. You can also take UTA’s Green-line train from the airport, and a 5-minute bus ride to get to our neighborhood. Nearby freeway access offers a quick commute to SLC.Kitchen:The full kitchen is well stocked with all you might need including microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc. The apartment is also equipped with its own washer/dryer along with soap in case you need to wash anything during your stay.Bedrooms:The north bedroom has a full-sized bed, the middle has a twin bed with a twin pullout, and the south bedroom has a queen-sized bed and tv. Also, the middle room has a desk and can be used as an office, perfect for those working remotely.Temperature:We find the temperature in the space stays cooler in summer and has a thermostat for vented-heat as needed. The system is separate from the upstairs so you have full control of the temperate to meet your comfort needs.Bathroom:The walk-in shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so you don't need to pack your own.Outdoors:There is a fenced-in grassed backyard for your pets to play in.
