Directly across from the well known and often photographed twin roosters on Mason Creek this home is located within private protected nature preserve and wetland management lands. It offers a kitchenette, deck space and loft with amazing views.
Driveway is shared with the adjoining space however ample space is available to pull in and out without moving other vehicles.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.There is a unique staircase leading to the loft..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Scalloping 2025
Very comfortable stay. Woke up feeling like we were in a tree house. Quick golf cart ride to our family and friends where we kept our boat. Home had everything we needed and more. Will be looking to rent the studio as well next time!

Gorgeous Loft at Homosassa
My partner and I loved our stay here! It was smaller than we expected but perfect for a couples getaway. Stairs were a bit steep, so may not be accessible for all people. Location is great, and we enjoyed the bird watching the balcony and forest afforded. We’ll be booking again!

Quiet getaway, great experience
Host was responsive and flexible. Property was clean and accommodations were as great, as described. Location quiet but not far from basic shopping but close to nature trails and water access. Highly recommend.
