One of the few hotels that allows accommodation of 4 (two adults, an infant and a child under 9) in a single room.
Location is excellent and view is amazing. The room is newly renovated, very clean and tidy. Room is very well thought out and very good sized. Only downside is it takes awhile to get into an elevator during peak hours. Relatively kids friendly, booking during Christmas stay included welcome loot bags for kids.

Very cozy hotel with attached impressive restaurant called HONG MIAN. Surprisingly, the hotel is very artistic with quite nice room. Good for vocation or business stay. Convenient location

The hotel needs some update, but location is pretty good. It has a pathway that you can go directly to the mall next door, with all high end shops. The service is also average. We paid US$100 for early check in (6 hours early), and as they do not have any scale in the bathroom (usually hotels supply a scale in the bathroom), we are asked to bring our luggage down to the lobby to weigh.

Very nice hotel that combines western and eastern culture, also we paid 2 nights for staying 3 nights with the incentive. The bar in the hotel is awesome and it’s one of Top 50 in Asia.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Leo, K and reservation team for their incredible support during our stay. This day is truly significant for my fiancé and me as we are preparing to register our marriage at Red Cotton Tree Road.
Despite the whirlwind of organizing photographers, videographers, floral arrangements, and managing guest visits, the Upper House team’s exceptional hospitality made all the difference. We truly couldn’t have done it without their unwavering support.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Upper House, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you once again for everything!

I stayed in Murry Hotel from my last trip and change to stay in Marriot Hotel instead during my Nov trip.
Excellent View and services. Lots of choices for breakfast.
Definitely will be back again if I come to HK again.
The location in Central meant that the hotel was well connected to everything I needed, with only a little walk to the areas of interest. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and I felt very well looked after. The room was cozy and very clean. The towels felt very soft. The TV was responsive. The view and the electric blinds/curtains were very convenient.
My only gripe is a minor one; the buttons for the windows are not bedside, so in the morning you'll have to get up to open them. That's only a problem for lazy people like myself though. Overall, I highly recommend it if anyone is looking for a convenient stay on the island.

The staff were all very friendly, check in/out was simple.
The room and bathroom were a decent size and it was spotlessly clean.
On Saturday night there was a lot of noise from a bar nearby, I slept find but can imagine that would be an issue for some. Sunday night was very quiet so it's probably just weekend issue.
Location is great. A short walk with no steps to get to the mid-levels escalator. From there it's less than 10 minute walk to the the Hong Kong station for AirPort Express and the IFC mall, or up to various restaurants. Central metro station a couple of minutes walk as well.

Overall, it was a great experience, but there are a few things that could be improved. The towels could be of better quality, and the receptionist handling calls had a strong accent, which wasn’t as good English compared to other hotels. Moreover, she seemed quite unwilling to accommodate a late check-out request, which unfortunately came across as arrogance.
