Our family of four had a very comfortable 2-day, 1-night family trip to Hong Kong.
**Transportation:** Our journey involved traveling from Shenzhen to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station, then two MTR transfers to Ocean Park Station, followed by a free shuttle bus to the hotel. The entire trip from the high-speed rail station to the hotel took a little over an hour, mainly due to waiting about ten minutes for the shuttle bus, which wasn't too long. A free shuttle service to Ocean Park is also available and takes approximately 10 minutes (I didn't pay close attention to the exact timing).
**Hotel & Amenities:** Upon entering, the lobby immediately struck us as stunning. The hotel truly caters to families, featuring an infinity pool, an outdoor splash pool, and an indoor playground. The water park is incredibly convenient, located just a few minutes' walk from the hotel's main entrance. For dining, both à la carte and buffet options are available, and we found the food to be delicious. Our children absolutely adored the family room; the attention to detail throughout was excellent. For reservations, I recommend checking the official website.
This was my first time staying at the OP Marriott and it turned out to be a fantastic family weekend. Even with the Black rainstorm warning, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. I want to give a special shout-out to Simon Ng from the Front Office. He handled my check-in without a hitch and surprised me the next morning by recognizing me at breakfast venue. When we checked out, he personally came over to say goodbye and make sure we had a great stay. I know the hotel is a popular resort and can get busy, but Simon's service really stood out and exceeded my expectations. We also enjoyed the Thai-themed buffet dinner at the Pier Lounge and Pier Bar, and had some nice, relaxing time by the pool. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and a great spot for a family weekend!
I would say it was a lovely stay, I spent a night here to celebrate anniversary with my partner. The staff were so friendly and supportive, they even gave us a chocolate cake and welcome card to greet us. Lovely place, surely will come over again!
Deducted two points for transportation and dining.
I visited during a 'black rain' warning, so I ended up staying in the hotel the whole time. The room size was adequate. The outdoor pool isn't big or deep, but perfectly fine for a casual swim. I was, however, oddly told not to take photos there, which I didn't understand. The gym is small, but sufficient for a quick workout while traveling.
There's a mall and a supermarket downstairs, but both felt quite deserted with very few food options. McDonald's was a lifesaver during those black rain days.
Transportation wasn't particularly convenient. It's a 10-15 minute bus ride to Kennedy Town, though a minibus stops right outside the hotel. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to IFC.

I booked a double suite here a week ago. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I assumed Mong Kok would be relatively unsafe. After reading numerous reviews of B&Bs, I felt even more apprehensive. So, I decided to stay for one night and then extend my stay if the environment was good. Arriving in Mong Kok, I was unfamiliar with the area, so I got lost for a while. Once I found my way, I discovered there were two entrances, one closed after 11 PM. There were also two elevators at each entrance, one for odd and one for even numbers. Upon check-in, the host was very welcoming. Perhaps because the double room was full or something else, they gave us a triple room with a window at no extra charge. The door had a combination lock, and the room was spotless, with spotless floors and immaculately white walls. There was no clutter on the bed, and the quilt was neatly folded. The bathroom was also spotless, with no odors or debris. It was a bit cramped, and the toilet had a long, lingering clatter after flushing, which I hope could be improved. There was also a small TV in the room, but the channel selection was a bit limited. The room also provided hangers, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel, but you had to bring your own toothpaste. Seeing this, I decided to renew my lease the next day. To my surprise, the double room seemed to be sold out. The landlord then asked me what I had paid for the room. Before I could find my bill, the landlord had already extended my stay for another night at 350 RMB, which was 2 RMB lower than the price on the platform! Overall, I personally felt the room was better than the promotional photos, exceeding my expectations. The landlord's service attitude also made me sincerely decide to write a positive review for her. 👍 I will definitely choose this B&B again next time.

Good location, very close to Mongkok station. The room is not big. Booked for 3 people, got 3 single beds. The entrance is a bit narrow for carrying luggage. Have to walk up the stairs and take the lift to the 4th floor to check in. The accommodation is on the 5th floor. The room is reasonably clean. The bathroom is not big according to the size of the room, but there is a separate toilet and shower area. Looks new. No breakfast, but near the market. Can walk to eat congee comfortably. The staff may mostly speak Chinese, but the service is good. There is only one officer. Went at the end of December.

Five-star praise
🩷Environment: This stay was a great experience! From the moment you stepped into the hotel, you felt the meticulous service. The front desk staff are warm and friendly, the check-in process is efficient and convenient, and the service attitude is excellent
💚Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy without any odor, warmly decorated, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, so you can sleep until dawn. The facilities are complete and well maintained. The bathroom has sufficient hot water and stable water pressure.
💛Facilities: All hotels have them. Slippers, shower gel, bath towels, and hand towels are all provided.
In addition, the hotel is in an excellent location, with convenient transportation, shopping and entertainment. The environment is quiet and there is no noise disturbance. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice for location. It is only a few hundred meters away from the subway. It is also very convenient to go to the Mong Kok Deli Food Market for a few hundred meters. I will choose it again without hesitation next time. Choose here.

The hotel is located in the center of Mongkok, close to buses, subways and train stations. Transportation is easily accessible in all directions. Nearby downstairs are the famous pedestrian streets, shopping malls, restaurants, etc., where shopping and delicious food are top-notch.
The room is quite nice. Although it is small, it is well-equipped with everything, such as air conditioner, TV, hairdryer, etc. The landlady is very kind and enthusiastic. She always introduces us to the must-see and must-eat food nearby, and also teaches us how to take transportation to different attractions. We forgot to bring the adapter this time, so the landlady lent us one, which was very considerate.
This room is suitable for a single person or a couple to live in. Whether it is the layout of the room, the equipment, or the service attitude of the landlord, it deserves a five-star rating. We will come again next time!
