First of all, I must note that I did not stay at the "bed9b" as the booking states. I was moved into a different room named "5D3" because the person in charge of the property told me that there was a problem with the 9B and needed repairs. Saying this, the place I was assigned was an absolute nightmare (I eventually checked out just 2:30 after check-in and did not stay overnight, having to find another hotel). It was the worst experience ever. The place is super far, very dirty (especially the toilet), and with zero conditions. There is no place to shower (unless you shower seated on the toilet bowl), and there are ZERO amenities, including NO TOWELS. None of this is warned to the guests who get caught by surprise only after they arrive.
When questioned on the issue, the property manager claims not to have towels due to the COVID-19 outbreak (5 years ago). Contrary to what the booking also says, there is no WIFI although the property manager insists there is and claims to be sending me the password access in... never. Saying all this, I do not recommend this place to anyone I know, including my enemies. I lost my HKD800, but I learned a valid life lesson. Do not trust the information on the booking. Additionally, the people in charge were terribly unhelpful and did not bother with anything, not even with the fact that I checked out just 2:30 after checking in and called them twice before that to try to minimize the problem. This is what happens when there are no refunds, and they get the full payment anyway. See more in the photos (including the kitchen utensils in the fridge, and all rusty).
