Your thoughtful arrangement deserved a seamless experience, and we regret that this aspect did not meet your expectations. According to the Product Eco-responsibility (Amendment) Bill 2023 outlined by the Hong Kong Government on regulating disposable plastic products as well as an initiative to promote product eco-responsibility, all local hotels are prohibited from free supply of plastic toiletries. While we will continue to provide complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton swabs, cotton pads, shoe mitts, slippers and sanitary bags, all of which are either made from non-plastic materials or exempted from the ordinance, other toiletries including hair comb will be available upon request at a charge. Our goal is to find a balance between guest convenience and environmental responsibility, and please be assured that we will continue our efforts to source for alternatives that comply with this ordinance.
