孩子生日選擇了親子房，整個45層樓都是親子套房！一開電梯就是夢幻的小火車，彷彿一瞬間就把你拉入了童話王國！有獨立的親子小會所供孩子吃喝玩樂，每天還有不同類型的手工坊！可以説，入住期間完全可以實現不出去就在酒店躺平但是依然可以完全滿足孩子的吃喝玩樂需求！真是大大的贊，下次過港還是依然會選擇港島香格里拉酒店^_^

設施：設施維護得非常好哦，親子樓層非常明亮乾淨
衞生：衞生很好很乾凈，不單單是親子樓層，大堂自助餐廳等區域也非常好
環境：環境不用説啦，很棒，地理位置也很好，旁邊就是香港公園，樓下就是太古廣場
服務：服務很好很用心

酒店的位置非常方便，就在金鐘太古廣場上面，吃東西和購物都在步行距離內。金鐘站地鐵也很近。房間設施不能説特別新，但水準在線。早飯品種多但要稍微排隊。
服務大體挺好，但還是稍微扣分，原因是安排的是角落房間。

位置優越，地鐵，叮叮車都很近。樓下是大商場，逛街方便，但吃的選擇不多。房間很大，早餐很豐富。泳池露天，下雨天稍有點風，體驗感略差。整體服務很好，特別是泳池的阿姐，上水主動遞水和毛巾，我的袋子被吹走了還幫我撿起來壓好，👍！

地理位置非常好，出行方便。下樓就是太古廣場及金鐘地鐵站，門口過馬路就是香港公園。
出行前中文email去預訂spa，得到不會中文的回覆。到達當天，剛下的士就聽到酒店工作人員對同事用粵語説人太多了，行李不用幫拿，讓她們自己拿。check in的時候人確實多，大堂滿滿的人，下午3點左右check in，6點回來房間還沒有準備好。第二天下樓早餐也是大排長龍。還有前台明確知道我們是第一次入住卻未告知早餐在哪個餐廳還是網上查了才知道，同樣網上查了才知道房間有直飲水。下午外出的時候紗窗是放下的，回來紗窗被打開了，卻有紙條告知房間勿擾燈亮着無法提供服務。

老酒店了，樓下有太古廣場有幾間餐廳還可以，吃飯和去超市買水果零食方便。房間設施很一般，國內大城市好點的三、四星酒店，房間內設定較舊，布沙發上有舊痕，玻璃茶几晃動，勝在房間風景。（我住42樓，其他樓房間如何不知道）衞生比以前也不行了，服務員應該能偷懶就偷懶，入住被子應該沒換，入住當天，一進房間孩子上床玩，把被裡翻了出來居然有血痕，幸好孩子看到叫了出來，大人沒人會去翻轉被子的……經理帶着人來拍了照，把被子換了，也沒其他話走了。住了7晚，衞生間第一天洗澡有髮套，第二天開始衹有髮圈了，也懶得叫服務員將就用了。有一天垃圾桶沒到，第二天給他擺在房間中間收了。退房時櫃枱服務員説被子有血痕報歉，讓我等一下，轉身去背後的房間開門進去轉一圈出來，説經理要當面表示欠意但是不在，給兩塊餅乾表示歉意……態度才是真的吧，港人操作？連個道歉都沒心説。可能潛意識裡遊客而已殺豬盤？本來我都包容了的，也沒提床上用品有血這事，但是最後酒店退房時的兩塊餅乾神操作讓我生氣，自己不提舉得過不了自己的麪，要處理一下？所以展示評價一下，讓大家知道一下他們現在的酒店水準。順帶一下太古廣場餐廳的食物，希望酒店不要認為他家的餅乾有五星檔，我不喜歡餅乾，我家孩子也不喜歡吃啦
