Old hotel, not expensive, but the location is quite good, near restaurants, in the city, near the bus back to the airport. The staff is good, but not very clean. It is considered acceptable.

The mist strategic hotel in Hong Kong although the room is not that spacious but the service was good.

Hotel location was perfect. Close to mtr in every direction, many food places nearby. Overall hotel was clean and fresh but the room cleaning was not that good. Noise cancellation in the rooms was quite bad but neigbhours kept quiet.

Hotel is good on the new renovated floors, reception counter staff manager have some attitude with serving customers but overall the hotel is very comfortable to stay

Room: The rooms are visibly old and appear to lack proper maintenance. The carpet and curtains are in poor condition. Stains on carpet. The mattress was significantly worn out, with springs that can be felt while lying down, making for an uncomfortable sleep experience. Bathroom: Both the bathroom and its fittings are in poor condition. The wash basin does not drain properly and frequently gets clogged. Moreover, there is no designated space to stand and shower, requiring guests to stand in the bathtub (see the photo). Housekeeping storage Rooms: If the housekeeping storage room door is left open while walking through the corridor, it is best to avoid looking inside, as the inside mess may negatively impact your mood (see the photo). Lift: The lift is very old and noticeably noisy. To operate it, guests must insert their access card into a slot, similar to an ATM, which is an outdated system rarely seen in decent hotels. Additionally, it is advised not to attempt stopping the lift doors from closing by hand, as they may not respond as expected.

I’ve stayed in Hong Kong quite a few times, so I understand hotel rooms here tend to be small. That’s not the issue. The issue is that this room was unclean and badly worn down. There was black mould in the bathroom grout, the tub looked stained, and the water was cold. There was only one working power outlet, and although there were two USB ports, both were broken. The bed was rock hard. I could feel the springs even just sitting on it. It messed up my back and completely ruined the chance of a romantic weekend with my partner. The concierge at check-in on Friday was rude and unwelcoming, which got things off to a bad start. To be fair, the concierge on Monday morning was much kinder. And the cleaning staff were genuinely sweet and helpful- they’re the only reason I’m giving this two stars instead of one. If the photos online had reflected the actual condition of the hotel, I never would have booked it.

The amenities were not complete. There is not even a bidet in the bathroom

I have stayed many times, and the check-in process was always very fast when I stayed, and this time it was so nice to upgrade my room. After entering the room, when you last stayed there were remains of items, call Front Desk for help. When Derek got on the phone, he’s quickly helped me get the lost and found thing to the room.

The hotel location, staffs and the manager Ms. Denise is really awesome. Rooms is spacious for families to stay in the city center of hongkong! We will definitely go back to this hotel.

The room was not clean. Housekeeping only collected the trash, changed the towels, and made the bed, but they did not mop the floor. There was a lot of dust on the floor. The air conditioner was leaking. I informed the reception staff and asked someone to fix it, but nothing was done. The worst part was that there were bedbugs on the mattress. I got bitten and developed red, swollen bumps.

I like the location of the property and the cleanliness of my room. The quietness of the room is average. The free WiFi was not informed to me at the arrival, when I queried about it, the staff was very impatient and the body language is very not friendly 😑 What I dislike the most is the hospitality level and customer service of the staff. The staff's facial expression, body language and gesture were not pleasant to deal with. As people who work in hospitality, they are very not hospitable ..

A decent hotel, decent location, decent price. What you expect for a 3 star hotel, nothing special or fancy
