I am satisfied with the hotel service and accommodation. The room they gave to me was the one i requested and it is at the highest floor with a nice city view. Room is spacious for a price in Hongkong. The best part was there was nearby 7/11, starbucks, restaurants, and very near wan chai station. The hotel seems old but clean and big. I would prolly stay here next time when i visit again Hongkong.😍😊🇭🇰

Location is good and convenient. Starbuck within a minute away. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is a bit old but clean.

In general, a good hotel, service and cleaning are excellent. But unfortunately, the room was old and it needs repair. It was also cold in the room.

hotel room is not the cleanest when we entered. there was rice stuck on the walls near the tv. staff was very friendly during check in and made small chat with us :)

Excellent location. The view from the window was right on a big building in front, so no real sky view. I was not super happy to learn during check-in that the pool was closed as this was the reason why I had chosen this hotel over others. I had a sign that I didn't want to be disturbed and then they called me during a nap to ask if they could clean the room. Breakfast was ok.

Third time choosing this hotel.
In general; If you are visiting Hong Kong for some shopping, foodie and no interest to travel to somewhere far away from HK island or theme park. A recommended place to stay with approximately 6min away from metro station and 3 mins if you take A11 from Airport. Hotel might be a bit age but sti clean enough. I get good and friend services .
