نزلت في الفندق عدة مرات العام الماضي، وعدت هذا العام لأقيم في غرفة مطلة على البحر. كالمعتاد، موظف الاستقبال كان محترفًا وودودًا للغاية. موقع الفندق ** ممتاز، حيث يسهل الوصول إلى المطاعم والمحلات التجارية، وهناك فرع لبنك HSBC، وتتوقف سيارات الأجرة أمام المدخل مباشرةً. إقامة ممتعة وسعيدة.

موقع الفندق ممتاز، يقع فوق محطة مترو تايكو سينغ مباشرةً، ويتصل بجسر مشاة بمركز تسوق تايكو سينغ. كما يمكن الوصول بسهولة إلى البحر عبر تايكو سينغ. تصميم الفندق مميز للغاية، ومساحته تنافسية مقارنة بالفنادق الأخرى بنفس الفئة السعرية في هونغ كونغ. الإفطار رائع والخدمة ممتازة!

موقع ممتاز - مخرج مترو الأنفاق يؤدي مباشرةً إلى الفندق. رحلة قصيرة بالمترو إلى وسط المدينة. سهولة الوصول إلى المطار عبر حافلة المدينة رقم ١٢أ، وهي خدمة سريعة ومريحة للغاية. سيتي بلازا بجوار الفندق مباشرةً. خدمة رائعة من الموظفين.

مكيف هواء قوي! غرفة نظيفة! موقع رائع! خدمة ممتازة! ممتاز! أنصح به بشدة لإقامة مريحة! فندقي المفضل كلما زرت هونغ كونغ! مطاعم كثيرة قريبة ومتصل بمركز تسوق!

Location is perfect, just beside MTR station! Room is spacious, clean & comfortable.

I’ve resided in this hotel many many times, it’s hitherto the best place to have a rest and restore energy here. Needless to say, the customer service is fabulous on account of its flexibility, as well as the easy accessibility, high working efficiency, courtesy and friendliness of their staff members regardless of the front desk, the phone staff, or the housekeeping staff. So elegant and modern is the interior design of the hotel room that an eerie feeling would not be bestowed to residents. The room has always been so spotless, pristine and immaculate. I’m able to enjoy the psychological serenity while lying on the bed, in order that I can restore ataraxia that lasts.

Second time staying here, great location and quality.

The room was amazing, great location, located right next to the MTR, bed was comfortable. Room was good but service is lacking in the hotel, no one assisting you, staff was only there to check in and out and that's basically it

Overall the hotel is good. Service is excellent. One thing was i head the loud dripping noise from the ceiling of the room at 3am on my last stay. They changed the room for me asap and arranged a very late check out for me and a complementary lunch and drinks for me.

Incredible views, SUGAR bar was a real treat too for the best sunset hour and observatory into the harbour. Also the hotel feels new and services are simple and efficient. Lovely.

Attracted by the corner sea view, I booked East Hong Kong and honestly, the view is the only highlight. Beyond that, the experience fell short. There are no doors for the shower, so water splashes everywhere. The lighting controls were also frustrating; turning on the bathroom light switches on almost every light in the room, which made it impossible to use the bathroom at night without waking my partner. For the price, it really feels like you’re just paying for the view. I switched to a city-view room for the second night and was shocked , the windows directly face nearby apartments, and you can literally see what people are doing inside. The “city view” is honestly terrible. Another thing: the hotel doesn’t feel premium at all. The lobby is constantly crowded with young people having coffee and working on their laptops, which gives it more of a budget-hostel or co-working vibe than a hotel stay. Not sure why it’s like this, but it definitely affects the overall atmosphere. Overall, this was a one-time stay for me. I won’t be returning. I didn’t bother to take the photo of yeh city view room with apartments so unable to share . Sea view room was super though .

nice location and staffs are very nice and helpful. close to MTR Taikoo Station

Nice place to stay, most of the staff are nice; the room faces the city view which is okay. Just one thing needs to mention is the toilet designed is targeted to couple with less privacy.

Location is very good, near Taikoo station where there is an entrance directly to EAST Hong Kong 1/F from Taikoo Plaza. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing would like to reflect is TV - unfortunately screen mirroring is only supporting Android devices (as I’m using iPhone), TV not support internet access so only able to watch the hotel’s selected channels. Hope EAST Hong Kong can take this into consideration for Apple users about the TV entertainment.
