不是第一次住這個hostel 總體來説如果你hiking或者要camping 都是不錯的選擇 就是我收工來東涌太晚了 所以有條小路進去特別害怕 有廢棄的房子 還有烏鴉🐦⬛和蝙蝠🦇叫 我都是跑的 哈哈哈哈 所以建議和朋友一起出行才好 下次還會來玩哦

Depends on your purpose for visiting this area, you may or may not find this hostel convenient. I chose this hostel solely because I planned to check out Tai O and do an early morning hike up Lantau Peak. There’s actually not much in the area except the Giant Buddha, the beautiful monastery, and the Wisdom Path if you choose to include it. This is the only hotel/hostel in the area. There’s no supermarket or convenience store nearby, so I highly suggest bringing plenty of food and drinks before arriving. You might also want to bring your own slippers! The hostel has a water purifier, hot and cold showers, a microwave, fridge, a spacious kitchen, and other essentials. I didn’t cook during my stay—I bought food from Tai O instead. Nonetheless, it was super convenient for me since I like to go slow and enjoy things at my own pace. Note that a membership fee of 150 HKD is required, and there’s also a refundable deposit of 500 HKD, unless you damage something on the property. Karen and Mark were super nice—I had a great chat with both of them!

We stayed in the tent for three nights. Upon arrival we had contact via a text message, since no one would be there to welcome us. We had to make the beds ourselves. We weren’t really sure if the bathroom was cleaned during our stay. The sinks were dirty and crusty. Some positive things: the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and everything you need to cook. The common room is basic, but nice. There’s a tv available. Outside, there are grills for BBQ and many seats. The location is nice and secluded, it’s also a perfect place if you’re hiking the Lantau Peak Trail. Good to note: the village and all stores close at around 5:30 pm. Make sure to buy your groceries beforehand or get something before it’s too late.

1）訂房價格界面沒有明示要是YHA會員，非會員要入會費150，衹能帶3個人入住。 2）小孩政策沒説5歲以上沒有加床也要加收150。 3）5歲以上小孩還算人頭，算上9歲小孩剛好是5個人 還需要多收一個會員費。結果一個家庭房多收了150+150+70（小孩會員費70）共多了370!!! 3） 房間衞生間淋浴間 衞生是不能想像的差。非常髒併發黴。可能過了一個冬天 沒有客人就沒有清潔。 唯一可以稱讚的是前台服務員態度很好服務很好。可惜居住條件太差。本來想着衹要地方乾淨就可以，也沒什麼要求。確實是有點被嚇到了！

Für eine Jugendherberge sehr gut. Das beste ist die Lage in den Bergen, was späte bzw. Frühe Touren ermöglicht, da man schon vor Ort ist. Ausstattung ist auch top und für alle Möglichkeiten der Essenszubereitung eingerichtet. Leider waren bei uns viele Kinder zu Gast, was den Lärmpegel stark erhöhte und die Anlage eher hellhörig ist...aber damit muss man ja bei einer Jugendherberge rechnen.

稍微發發呆適合思考的人，抑或一羣人燒烤Social。因為在山腳離，離海有段距離，看不到水色。

Tung Chung - 2 nights - private double room Expectation/Reality: this is the only provider of accommodation in the area so expectations need to be managed. They have the ability to essentially set terms, so the negative reviews here are likely from the folks who didn’t read the find print. The photos match the space very well. However the hostel reached out over what’s app a number of days before the booking asking for the $150 membership fee and $500 deposit, which I was not comfortable providing until arrival, however the hostel was okay with that. Security: very good, there is a gate lock and a lock to the door, very safe. Hygiene: overall very clean, no concerns. Hospitality: the check in and out process is all over what’s app, so you are at the mercy of how responsive they are which can be frustration when trying to get in. Once you are in, it’s fine. Social Atmosphere: good social spaces. Overall: given they essentially have a monopoly on accommodation in the area. It’s a pretty good spot. I accidentally broke the key and they came and fixed it the next day, but took off $50 from the deposit. So handle the keys gently. Over pretty good place.

We had an enjoyable stay. Great location for hiking and sightseeing, very peaceful setting, lovely views of Lantau Peak and close to the Big Buddha, the chairlift and good bus connections to all over Lantau Island. The buildings have seen better days, as you expect at a youth hostel, but the showers are hot and effective, the kitchen and BBQ facilities are good and the bed is comfortable. The manager is very personable and friendly and it was nice to meet his family. There are few shops to buy ordinary supplies in Ngong Ping, except a very basic 7/11, so you need to stock up before arriving or be prepared to eat at the expensive tourist outlets in the 'village' or at Po Lin monastery. Tourist facilities shut down by 5-6pm.

孩子想去沙螺灣拍機，選擇了這家青旅。前台人員提前加微信溝通，瞭解我們到達時間，非常有禮貌。四人宿舍乾淨，公共區域有餐具可以煮食，風筒熱水不缺，周圍可以探索大佛和鳳凰徑第3段看日出，坐公車也可以去到大澳。我們住了兩晚，感覺還是挺愉快。 唯一要留意的是：如果要自己煮東西吃，要從公交車沿路的村或者東涌或者大澳採購帶上來，還有就是要留意公交的時刻表，避免誤車。

恐龍主題房同小朋友去都唔錯，有小量玩具可以比小朋友可解悶，如果仲意大自然既朋友可以試吓，行山睇日出，天氣好仲有好多星星睇👍👍非常好的選擇

近昂坪巿集和心經簡林，地點很好，但設備有些舊，青年旅舍來說都可以，只是晚上沒有巴士交通，有cup noodle 賣

很滿意！在我心中這裡是昂坪的福地！同時也享受和hostel管理員聊天的感覺，有感受到被真誠對待！再次感謝！歡迎大家去體驗入住，青旅也可紮營，基礎設定可供使用，較於附近的昂坪營地必然會讓自己更舒服些。

此次是人生第二次入住昂坪青旅，前台接待（旅舍管家）的服務態度及水準超乎想象（值班工作人員加班至深夜、加微信後全程跟蹤、極盡地主之誼一一解決我們到達旅舍前的多個困難。到達後，態度謙遜有節有禮，表現出卓越的青旅服務精神及水準確實讓人印象深刻！非常感謝🙏Mark的幫助，確實是非常情況下的雪中送碳。比心♥️Mark，五一這一晚的青旅體驗超級棒，牆烈驢友推薦入住昂坪戴維斯，收穫青旅的獨特體驗！昂坪戴維斯&Mark, See You next time!
