Great value for money. Location is perfect. Ask for a higher floor for a great view. Staff is not very helpful though. Rooms are small.

Hotel did the job - we paid for a room with a harbour view which was pretty spectacular. However the room itself was a bit tired and probably in need of a refurb. The biggest downside was that there was only a plug socket by one of the beds - so one person in a twin had to charge their phone on the other side of the room. And also the only water fountains in the whole hotel were on the fifth floor, so you had to go down every time you wanted more water - in other HK hotels there has been a fountain on every floor or water provided in glass bottles. The beds were quite hard and the pillows weren’t great, but they totally did the job. We asked for extra pillows and for an iron to be sent to the room and the hotel staff sorted both, so you can’t complain. And it really is in a brilliant location - very close to airport bus stops, and super close to the ding ding tramways. Nothing special but also, did the job and was a convenient location to rest our heads!

Hotel is well situated, although it’s a solid 10min walk from MTR. Bed was not very comfy and room was over ventilated/cold with moldy smell but nothing too bad, especially for the price. Staff is very nice and breakfast is so so. I would recommend if you want to spend couple of days for a quick visit in the city.

The staff were very friendly. They let me check in early and check out late. They also helped me store my cake in the fridge!

The location is convenient, with many traditional local restaurants nearby. The room was comparatively spacious in Hong Kong, which was a nice plus. However, the room felt quite dated and could have been cleaner, as there was some noticeable dust. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Location for this hotel is a 10 minutes walk from Sheung Wan MTR station. the pathway is not levelled so walking is challenging for seniors. I have a gut feel that the distance to sai ying pun station may be nearer but anyways, all maps apps says Sheung Wan is nearer. Having said that, the location is quite convenient if you need a 7-11 there's one just outside the hotel, a traditional teahouse that opens at 6 am so that's another option for your breakfast. The public food center is just behind this hotel but alas, i did not have the opportunity to try. interesting neighbourhood. Room is spartan but functional and clean. Suggest you bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as well as toiletries. Staff is very warm and courteous. And they look happy. will return again

The location is near to mtr and tram. The staff also very helpfull. Room so clean l. Very happy to stay at this hotel. Surely will stay at this hotel again if come to hongkong again. Thank you Ibis hotel :)

The hotel was close to various transportation options: tram, bus, MTR, and walking distance to the ferry terminal to Macau. It's close to cheap food restaurants and convenience stores as well. The room is also clean and the size is just enough for two people.
