I did not stay in this hotel as i booked on the wrong date (5-7 May 2025) which i am suppose to fly to HK on 5-7 June 2025. O noticed this once i receive booking confirmation from trip.com and i immediately contact both booking agency and Ehotel to inform this unintentional mistake and request for a solution as I found out the same room still available on the days i fly to HK. Customer service of Trip.com are very professional but not EHotel. Ehotel mentioned they have no authority to make this amendment, the amendment of the stay must be done by Trip.com. However, when Trip.com acknowledged my request and try to get permission from Ehotel, it was rejected by the hotel and no solution being provided. As a customer, i apologized for my mistake and inform both parties within one hour but in the end, Ehotel does not approve and i have to burn my stays. Thanks to Trip.com for the professional service and patience with my emails and calls, however i'm truly disappointed with Ehotel.
