I recently had the pleasure of using your services and would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding hospitality and professionalism displayed by your staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. This level of service truly made a positive impression.
However, I would like to bring to your attention an area that I believe needs improvement — cleanliness. Unfortunately, I noticed that [mention specific issue, e.g., the restroom was not clean, the floor was dusty, the linen had stains, etc.], which did affect the overall comfort of my visit.

Soon as i entered the hotel room, i was about to faint, beds is very small dirty, no heater for a room. No soap( you need to buy), no toothpaste and toothbrush. Small TV like never seen before, dirty blankets with hair seems didn’t wash.🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹
I don’t recommend this hotel at all cost.

This is probably the worse one I stayed. The room is dirty and supposed to have a decoration. Staffs are cold and detached towards customers. Never coming back.
