It’s a place to sleep and convenient location for tourist. However, you will be VERY disappointed with services and experience comparable to average 4-Star hotel, this is at most a 3-Star given it’s still new, but it’s poorly managed! Not even have the basic things like a bottle or two complimentary drinking water in the room! When we arrived from a hot afternoon outside and went through the wait to check in and finally got into the room, thought to at least get the water to drink but realised nothing! Called the operator and was told it costs $5 a (small bottle)! Fine! We were too thirsty and couldn’t be bothered… and we needed to pay cash in the spot (not charged to the room… weird!). If you arrive late night, and thought you can quickly wash up and go to bed… No no, they don’t even provide toothbrush or basic amenities in the room! Room smell if you lower the aircon temperature… overall worst staying experience! The only thing is the location, under 10 mins walk to Fortress Hill MTR station (2 station away from Causeway Bay) and there are many eating places nearby. The deco is to be honest excessive! Trying to look grand but it actually looks fake and cheap. One cleaning lady so far is the most helpful.
