The service is great! Its clean, food is expensive thou and just limited choices in explorers hotel, but yea its Disney, overall its great!!

房間面積空間足夠大，環境優美又夢幻，適合家庭親子出行，去到園區有專門的短駁巴士接送，進入園區有酒店專用通道，相比其他安檢通道還是要快速很多。港迪20週年活動整體的體驗感非常棒，一次難忘的奇妙之旅。

Overall good experience, location is convinent if you are going for 2 days stay at Disneyland HK, location is far away from city center and not many choices around 10km.
Understand not providing 1-time amenities, however do not agree that we need to pay for toothbrushes kit as a whole set.
Good place for family and there are some activities around hotels in the resort for kids.

位置：雖然是迪士尼酒店，但距離樂園入口還是有一定距離，需要乘坐免費接駁巴士，大概15分鐘一輛，去的時候還好，回來如何看完煙花要排隊很久，走路是不太可能的；酒店和樂園周圍沒有任何超市，酒店吃飯貴的離譜，建議在機場或市區最好補給再去；機場打小藍車的士到酒店花了200港幣；
衞生設施：酒店無論環境設施衞生都很好，沒有瓶裝水，配了飲水機，床很大睡的很舒服；酒店有迪士尼商店，住店客人會送優惠券，可能會比樂園稍便宜些；
服務：酒店不提供洗漱用品，入住的時候花了40港幣有點不太地道；
