The hotel's location was superb. It is close to the metro & bus station. The room was huge as well, and we had a comfortable stay there. One thing that can be improved is the hotel could provide slippers for guests.

Excellent location at yau ma ta via exit D and conveniently located along Nathan road where all the airport buses (A/N) are. Room clean and spacious, just bed abit hard. Only towels, hair dryer, no disposable amenities and no bottled water in room but there's a water dispenser outside to fill your bottles. Overall good stay and will definitely book again.

great staff and location. easy access to local tourist sites. but make sure to bring toiletries as hotel, by law, cannot provide them any more

It will be better if breakfast has boiled egg, cleaning needs to improve. Bath towel has holes, needs to replace new bath towel . Staff is polite and good attitude and very helpful .

Location was close to the Yau Ma Tei station Room was not ready during check-in time and had to wait for an additional hr Buffet breakfast was sad with limited options and no change in menu - no eggs even Hotel provided daily towel change but did not change the bedsheet once during our 4 night stay. No soap was provided. Water disperser was availble.

This house was spacious in YMT area. Room no 01 was the farthest room in the corridor. We liked it very much.

Underrated hotel in Yau Ma Tei. Very spacious room. Old but well maintained. Affordable and convenient location. Just across airport bus stop. Few minutes walk to train station. Near 7/11, grocery stores and night market. Will stay again whenever we go back in HK.

Service counter man yell customer and said my name is xxxx please remember me. He made customer feel that this hotel is not good enough to be hotel

Location is excellent within minutes walk to the MTR station. The place is old but everything works and is spacious, only complaint is due to the shape of the room the power sockets were not in friendly location. (Pillows were a bit too tall for my liking though🤣). Also good to mention, there's a water dispensary machine on every floor. The Staff were friendly when I borrowed USB charging cables, iron and ironing board. The breakfast is very basic. Coffee, juice, toast, bun, cereal, apple and porridge. Not a must but a good add on.

Horrible breakfast. Only bread and nothing else for breakfast. Not even cheese or jam. The hotel refused to refund the money for breakfast The cleaning ladies were laughing loudly and talking in a loud voice at about 8 am. The hotel is old. Very old. The plaster is peeling off in places. The carpet on the floor is stained. The bathroom is dirty. Pros: large room, location, allowed to leave suitcases until 9pm after checkout Conclusion: It is better to rent a large room in a new hotel on the outskirts of the city and get there by subway in Hong Kong. The impressions will be much better.

The location of the hotel is at nathan road, right across the metro station, just a minutes walk! Definitely recommended! And the price is very good too!

Good location, rooms are spacious enough. The hotel has "vintage" interiors but is still curated. Small improvements to the room would make the stay more comfortable, eg we only had one nightstand on one side of the bed, no power outlet in proximity of the bed. We had breakfast included with our booking, which was ok, quite plain (coffee, juice, bread and butter, milk and cereals, porridge), available only until 9.30.
