Love the location room space and cleanliness!!:)) Just don’t have amenities and bring your own, but that’s ok for us because we read the review and learn from it! Very friendly staff at counter lady was super helpful :)

Prime location with only 3 minutes walk to the Mong Kok MTR station where all the tourist food locations are generally located.Thus, it is really an awesome location. Room is extremely small (as expected for Hong Kong), with room only sufficient for you to only land your foot. However, for the price point, it is considered to be extremely worth it. The lobby staff and the cleaners was also extremely friendly and pleasant. The cleaners will even remember your preference (like curtain positions) and assist with your needs. Overall, it is a no-frill, hassle-free and friendly hotel and I would strongly recommend this hotel for backpackers, solo-travelers and visitors on a budget.

I have been staying in this hotel for the past 10 years, this should say something about it. Love that they have family room, it’s near MTR and a few local eateries.

H1 hotel is located in the heart of Mongkok . The hotel is very accessible. It's within walking distance of key transport links, including the MTR, and it's easy to get to from both Hong Kong International Airport via public transport (MTR or Bus) The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The service is efficient at all times. The staff can provide directions and recommendations. Easy check in and out without any hassle . Hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping team seems to do a good job keeping the place tidy in the common areas and room are well kept. It's close to popular shopping areas like Langham Place Mall and Sneakers Street, and also near the Ladies' Market and Fa Yuen Street Thank you team of H1 and definitely will come back to your hotel on our next Hong Kong trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the overall experience was far from pleasant. The front desk service, in particular, left a lot to be desired. The staff was unfriendly and even rude at times, showing no professionalism or warmth. As a guest, I felt disrespected and unwelcome. Additionally, the hotel requires a deposit, which I understand is common practice. However, what was unacceptable was that they only accepted cash or physical cards, refusing modern payment methods like Google Pay or Apple Pay. It’s 2025, and such outdated payment policies are incredibly inconvenient and frustrating for guests. As for the room, it was extremely small and the facilities felt outdated, falling far below expectations. To make matters worse, the hotel had an excessive number of rules, making the stay feel restrictive and uncomfortable. There was no sense of being welcomed or at ease. Overall, this was a highly disappointing experience. From the poor service and outdated facilities to the inconvenient payment policies, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend it to anyone and will not be staying here again. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements to their service and amenities.

No toiletries but great location. Beside local markets and Langham Place

Location is good near mongkok station and near sky bus to airport. The hotel is clean with city view but no amenities for bathing. They upgrade my room to family room when check in. There are many shops nearby for having meals. Reasonable price
