Long queue upon check in. The room is new but the heater takes some time to have the hot water out. Other than that, the stay is great. Free shuttle to airport.

Super convenient from the airport! A big shuttle bus near the bus bay brought us comfortably to the hotel. The room is cosy and clean. It may be small but serve well as a 1-day hotel before moving to other part of Hong Kong.

I got immediate change room while I smell the smoking smell, good service, front desk staff Reta friendly and nice service give me a memorable journey. If provided more different choice of food will be perfect. Rooms are clean & nice.

I don’t remember how many times that I stayed in Regala as it is convenient to go to the airport w the free shuttle.

Very convenient location with etensive free.shuttle service - especially appreciated is the airport service every 15 minutes in the early morning.
There may be an ossue with air conditioning in the upper floors - it was absolutely freezing in my room (on a rather warm October evening) and they lent me a portavle electric fan heater...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The location was perfect, close to airport terminal, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Room was a little small but typical for Hong Kong standards. I love that it is very convi .. got free shuttle bus to airport too.
