Hong Kong Kowloon City District Hotels

The hotel boasts a fantastic ambiance, offers excellent value for money, and provides impeccable service. Lobby Manager Desmond, noticing we were traveling with family, proactively upgraded us to a family suite free of charge, which made for a wonderful start to our Hong Kong trip. A bus stop is conveniently located right below the hotel, making it incredibly easy to get around, and the MTR station is also within easy reach. A special thank you to Desmond! We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hong Kong and have already highly recommended it to our friends.

It is a very good luxury hotel. In general, love the stay and foods. All the bellmen and front desk staff are always very kind and helpful. However, the management team — possibly from Sales & Marketing or other departments — came across as quite rude and impolite. They seemed to care only about their VIP group and repeatedly pressured us to leave the lobby area when the first day we arrived. Even though we don’t speak Chinese, they kept shouting at us in Mandarin, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Location is a bit inconvenient as well.

Staff is wonderfully accommodating -- they upgraded the room once it turned out the door was broken -- and the rooms are well-appointed with excellent layouts. The beds are super comfy and the space for a desk and the shower is more than acceptable.

Excellent on everything. Room, check in, dining, service and most of all, location. We've been staying in this hotel many times this year. At least 3 nights every month. But it's always my wife who booked it. The buffet is amazing, location is very close to the big city of kowloon (TST) and the shopping hub is just around the corner. Overall, VERY GOOD!

Right beside the new Kaitak stadium. In between Song Wong Toi and Kaitak station. A little further in, so about 10-15minutes walk from either side of the station. There are shuttles provided from Airside to the hotel, but every half an hour schedule. Swimming pool and indoor gyms all included, very new facilities, and nice environment. Rooms are relatively big compared to the hotel rooms in touristy spots. Only things I wanted to complain about were the central air conditioner and the pillows. The AC was too loud too noisy, rattling engine parts noises at night. The pillows were too soft, and flattens easily when used. Mum and I weren’t able to get some proper sleep due to the loud noises from the AC. The rooms sound proof was a little low as well, could literally hear next door’s television playing. Other than the above everything was very nice. The hall way provided water machine and ice dispenser, very environmental friendly.

#positive #I was happy with the Safety, Room Layout, Value for Money, Toiletries, Room Size, Location; The 3 rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is next to the subway station. It is very convenient and quiet. There are all kinds of facilities. The host is very friendly and responds to any questions in time. It is also very cost-effective for the trip of seven people. As long as the bathroom is well coordinated It is really a good choice for multi-person travel!

Like the room condition. Clean and comfy for a single traveller. Good budget for a short overnight trip

I am a backpacker traveling around the world But the service of this youth hostel is the most I have ever seen! difference! of! Without prior notice, I changed my bed without permission, because the one where I lived was suddenly renovated. Rearranged a room I didn't like at all, without windows. As a result, my luggage was moved without authorization, and my slippers were lost. . . That pair of slippers followed me for a year, you know one year! Have feelings! Therefore, customers are not respected at all. In addition, the others are good. The location is very convenient in Tsim Sha Tsui. It's fast everywhere. (Taobao, Ctrip, I generally don't bother to evaluate, unless I encounter a particularly bad one, such as this one. There is no respect for customers. Make your own.)

The hotel was quite old and you could tell that however the rooms were comfortable and pretty well cleaned. The staff were very friendly and you can easily request items to the room that are delivered quickly. The only downside to this hotel is that the room did not look like the pictures which was a big let down. We booked a three bed room and the beds were joined together in person but this was not seen in the pictures.
