The service is good and staff speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin. The location is a bustling commercial accessible by subway, bus and taxi. The rooms are small but can be compact with appliances and a screen TV that is loaded with Amazon Prime, Netflix and other American media and entertainment.

Convenient transportation, there is a crosswalk and elevator after exiting Ho Man Tin Station. At first I thought I had to call, but there is actually a front desk. The procedures are very convenient. The room is a bit small, but it has everything. The towels are disposable and more hygienic. The bedding is quite clean. At least I didn't have any adverse reactions the next day. There is a folding table which is quite interesting. The shower gel is quite useful. There are many food nearby. When you check out, you can just throw the room card in the box, which is very convenient.

This hotel is fantastic! The service, food, and amenities all exceeded my expectations. While the location in Kaitak is not ideal due to ongoing rapid development, I can't rate it any higher for now. The shuttle bus is an amazing touch as the area improves over time. I look forward to seeing how things change in the future. All in all, I will visit again.

I’m satisfied with the room, facilities and in-room dining service. Attitude of staff at check in session is great. However, for appointment of spa, though I had remarked that the contact person was different from the guest who was going to enjoy the spa, staff made wrong direct contact to the guest instead of me (the contact person). That had spoiled my surprise to my guest.

It was definitely one of our the best stays in Hong Kong! We had a wonderful experience while here. Great location in Kowloon. The staffs are very friendly. The view from our room was breathtaking! We expected more in terms of amenities, but after reading multiple reviews, we are well prepared and have everything we need. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kowloon region 😊

We like sincere services from the staff. From arriving at the hotel, the staff opened the door of the taxi to greet us. Then opened the doors and helped us with our luggage. We feel so welcome.Thank you!

🤣We have a pleasant 😂stay in this hotel .😂 😇Good: 1. The room is not so big, but it is very clean. 2. The bed cover and pillow cases are without any scent and very white 3. There are free bread and coffee on the 2nd floor of the building for breakfast 4. There are some sports machines in an open area beside the breakfast tables on the 2nd floor . 5. There are washing machines and dryers in the back of the 2nd floor where you can insert the coins if you need to wash the clothes . 6.There is a kettle in the room where you can boil thecwater .I found out the kettle is very clean. 7.The housekeeping staff are very nice. Improvement 😉 1.Some times I call the front desk from the room or outside the whole day ,it is not reachable .They are completely busy 2The reception table is so low and there is a long table where 3 personal work there.It is so open . .Once the other clients showed their passports,I d cards /personal cards that required by the personal ,other clients, and can see them .Lack of privacy . It is good that respect each clients and protect their personal information when registering . 3.I saw one female personal gave the personal documents to the clients, the front of the documents are handed to the clients .The personal is trained to respect the privacy of each clients and faced down the documents to give back the personal documents to the clients . 4.2 to 3 personal have good performance ,the rest reception personal need to be hard working to be trained .As it is by the Regel Hotel .The standard should be much better 😉 Overall the stay in this hotel is satisfactory .

The hotel room is nice and big. The beds are large single beds either king single or double bed. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. They let us check in early at 11am after our long 15 hour flight. Maybe subject to availability. The room service is good they cleaned our rooms, new toothbrushes and towels daily. The beds were made everyday. 2 minor issues were strong smoke in corridors but probably bc bad guests smoking illegally and no water bottles provided. The lack of water bottles is due to HK regulations to reduce waste due to tourism. But we still bought bottled water anyways so how did the regs benefit the planet?

Its a nice hotel, staff so friendly. I choose this hotel cause near my family’s house. But who know that in there so many supermarkets, street foods that can you find and enjoy. Of course the price also so good.

Very affordable and comfortable to stay quiet and clean environment.for food restaurants are available nearby. Big glass windows for good views Metro station a little far, but taxi and bus station are nearby for easy transportation. And it's near Hong Kong new stadium 🏟 kai tak, which was an old airport location.
