I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eaton Hotel Hong Kong, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The hotel's design is modern with a creative, artsy vibe that gives it a unique character, especially the communal spaces and co-working areas.
My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a great view of Nathan Road. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly touches and the calming atmosphere after a day of exploring the city.
The hotel’s location in Jordan is perfect – just a short walk from the MTR, Temple Street Night Market, and many delicious local eateries. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the wellness center, which added a relaxing touch to my stay.
What really stood out was Eaton’s focus on community and culture. The live music, film screenings, and art exhibitions brought the place to life and made it more than just a hotel – it felt like a creative hub.
I would highly recommend Eaton Hotel Hong Kong to travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly memorable experience in the heart of the city.

Great value for a big room, huge comfortable bed, big tv, good size bathroom, mini fridge, and a view from the 15th floor!
Could the hotel do with a refurbishment? Sure .... but it was clean and a nice 4 star old school feel.
Very safe with elevator access via room card only, it's location (exit D (or even E) Jordan station 50 metres from hotel entrance) was superb, and the 22 sqm room was perfect for my 4 night stay.
Staff all very friendly, welcoming, even housekeeping staff were all smiles ! Great level of English speaking by all front of house staff.
Didn't try the Food and Beverage offering in the hotel, breakfast seemed very reasonable priced
Shops, restaurants, park, all within 5 mins walk. If you like a busy area but a nice and quiet hotel, this is it.
At corner of Nathan Road and Jordan Road, south east, is a great bubble tea place with offers for 15-20 HKD, great taste, quickly prepared, friendly staff.
Left my powerbank in error in my room, and that was swiftly traced back and delivered in the reception.
Highly recommended!

Love this hotel so much, near to metro station (MTR) Jordan station. Lobby has Starbucks as well and convenient stores. Walking to some local coffee shop within 8 minutes.
Overall the hotel employees are very nice, especially the bell men and the housekeeper who is very helpful. Will back to this hotel if travel to Hong Kong.

Booking via Trip.com was a bliss.
The hotel is easily accessible via direct bus A21 from HK International Airport. The bus has luggage space, so no worries. It is very near to Yau Ma Tei MTR and lots of eateries nearby. Ladies Night Market and Temple Street Night Market is within walking distance too.
Check in is easy and fast by friendly staff. Green and nice lobby. Porter is attentive and service is always very prompt.
This sustainable hotel is clean with bath and hair wash. Bring your own dental care though you can buy from the hotel. Housekeeping staff is helpful and friendly too. Cabin size luggages is fine as the room is pretty small for bigger luggage.
Highly recommended 👍

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Madera in Hong Kong! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the MTR station, which made getting around the city a breeze. It's also surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants, so you’ll never run out of options for food or shopping. The hotel itself offers excellent service, with attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, providing a relaxing retreat after a busy day of exploring. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location, Hotel Madera is a solid choice.

Location is excellent within minutes walk to the MTR station.
The place is old but everything works and is spacious, only complaint is due to the shape of the room the power sockets were not in friendly location. (Pillows were a bit too tall for my liking though🤣).
Also good to mention, there's a water dispensary machine on every floor.
The Staff were friendly when I borrowed USB charging cables, iron and ironing board.
The breakfast is very basic. Coffee, juice, toast, bun, cereal, apple and porridge. Not a must but a good add on.

A no frills hotel. Clean room and bedsheets. Decent for a Hongkong room size. No bottled water given. Limited toiletries, hair and body shampoo and is the 2in1 type, toothbrush and paste provided. The shower water pressure is high which makes the shower enjoyable.
Hotel location is just a 3 mins walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR exit B2 which is very convenient.
Many f&b around the hotel. Coin laundry is just an 8mins walk away from the hotel (only accepts octopus card for washer and dryer service).

Room was very cool without any heating system. And just one extra blanket could be provided even for 2 guests at each single bed.
The hot water at morning time has been serviced. But, evening time the warm water has been supplied.
Generally could be accepted upon thinking the budget.

In short, average hotel at a brilliant location.
It’s overall clean, however there are some defect on the wall as shown below. Also, when we first enter the room, there was some bad smells, which goes away after turning on the AC for a while.
In terms of toiletries, only towels were provided. Need to pay $20hkd for brush, comb etc.
The air conditioning only turns on when set to “high”, it simply turns off when set to anything below it.
Hot water is sufficient.
Overall it’s up to standard for a 3-star hotel, didn’t under-perform nor over-perform.
My recommendation for this hotel is for ppl who prioritise location over hotel quality. Hotels at such region with a better quality usually cost u like $1000 hkd or more. So to average around $500 hkd only for this hotel, it’s a good choice.
However if u could sacrifice location for a bit, there are plenty of better hotels (4-stars hotels) in other district (Kwun Tong/Fortress Hill) at similar price point and I would strongly recommend u to choose those hotels instead

GGuest UserIt's a treasure shop! I found a treasure at this price! The location is good, it's convenient to go anywhere, it's very close to the subway station, and there are convenience stores and shopping malls downstairs.
You can store your luggage in the store. Although it's small, it has everything. The room is really not small at this price! Everything is easy to use! The boss and the boss's wife are very enthusiastic and careful. They told me very patiently how to use the room buttons and keys. They will also enthusiastically introduce the breakfast shop to us. The hotel is in good order as a whole. They must be a family who loves life.
There is hot water and boiled water in the corridor. The boss said that the cups are disinfected every day. I drank the hot water and there was no peculiar smell. The cups and kettles were clean.
The room is relatively clean as a whole, without peculiar smell or cockroaches. The toilet is also clean and looks relatively new. Toilet paper, shower gel, and shampoo are provided, which are all easy to use.
There is enough space under the bed, and the space at the door can also unfold a large suitcase.
The air conditioning is easy to use.
The refrigerator in the room is also very useful. When I checked in, the refrigerator was super cool. The air conditioner and refrigerator are better than some mainland hotels with king-size rooms of the same price.
The hair dryer is easy to use and has enough power!
The shower in the room has hot water, but it needs to be boiled for a few minutes in advance. But the heat is definitely enough!
I didn’t take pictures because I was worried that the photos would not be as good as what I saw with my eyes! I wish the boss a prosperous business! Make a fortune!

JJordiSmall but not good room with very central location. Even if it was a ”no window” room (nr 23) there was a small one to an inner shaft so that is quite something in HK terms! Enough space to pack/unpack my single large luggage.
Bed felt slightly short (I am 175cm tall) but slept very well.
Good attention and service from the reception (with whatsapp contact) and the luggage storage made my outbound travel much easier. I could lock the luggage in the Inn by the reception and pick it up in the afternoon just before leaving for the airport taking bus A22 which departs from Jordan.

TThomas1789Basic hotel in a decent location, just 4 stops from central and 2 from Tsim Sha Tsui. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and it was relatively close to the fire works - a 30 minute walk back which is quicker and you can avoid the crowds on the metro. Some small cleanliness issues, some hairs found in bedding and in the bathroom. Basic front desk services but friendly enough - would stay again if looking for cheaper prices compared to the average.

IIslamulAwesome hotel very close to lot of attractions and metro station. You can walk to Kowloon Park, Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Ma Tei etc within 13 minutes of walking. Or take the lrt exit B1 which is just across the street from the hotel.
The hotel is located on the 5th floor of National Court. The host was very accommodating and you can keep your luggage at the counter after check out if your flights are later in the day. High recommend this place.

GGuest UserWhy I chose this hostel. Because of looking at those pictures on the internet. It feels more affordable than other nearby hostels. So I booked a day to check it out. I came from Kowloon Bay Station on the HSR. It was a bit confusing at first to look at the map. So I added their mobile number using WeChat in advance to try. Then they quickly sent me a location on WeChat. Although I carried 1 large suitcase over and took about 10-15 minutes to find it. I came to Hong Kong this time to buy some medicine and to bring some snacks back to my friends.
This inn I think it would be best for the front desk employee. Because he introduced me to some stores to buy medicines. It’s those pharmacies on Shanghai Street. They also reminded me to see the government has signs to sell genuine pharmacies. He also introduced me to Temple Street to have a look. It is a very good checkpoint.
And the rooms of the inn. The hygiene situation is good. Although I do not blow my hair but have a hairdryer. But toothbrushes have to be prepared yourself, unless you have to pay your own change to buy them. The room I booked was very complete.
This location is very convenient, there is a MTR station as soon as you get there. Most importantly, there is a honey ice cream city downstairs than other bubble milk teas, handmade lemon tea is much cheaper. Also open until 10pm. This time we have to return with a full load

AAnonymous UserWe were traveling casually. We were originally going to Shenzhen after stopping in Hong Kong. However, we arrived in Hong Kong very late at about 8 o'clock and didn't buy a train ticket. We had to stay one more night in Hong Kong. We originally booked this hotel downstairs. Jiaxing Hotel on the 3rd to 5th floors, but this building is under maintenance of elevators. There are 4 elevators in total, and 3 of them have stopped. Only one is in use and only goes to the 8th floor or above. One of our luggage is a big box, and Hong Kong's The 3rd floor is equivalent to the 4th floor inland. We couldn't move up there at all. The landlady there couldn't help herself and couldn't call anyone. In the end, she said no, just let me cancel. I canceled the subscription, but she didn't refund the money. , we first thought about booking a room at that time and chose this hotel, which is a room on the 14th floor of the same building. The landlady is a very kind and kind person. Seeing that we were tired and hungry, she thoughtfully gave us cakes and drinks, upgraded the room, and told us that if we checked in so late, we could check out later the next day.
I would like to praise the lady boss here who is kind-hearted and looks young. So as the saying goes, things come from the heart. The person in the Jiaxing Hotel on the third floor below who felt that it was hard to get an order was very mean. In fact, whether the business is good or not depends on how you treat your guests. We took care of ourselves. We even cleaned the room after our stay this night to save the landlady the trouble of cleaning up the room.

GGuest UserThe twin room ,I was the bedsheets were not changed, you could smell the cigarettes smoke on pillow cases and there was hair on bed sheets. Other hostels they supply adapter in the rooms but this one don’t.The ceiling was leaking near the door. There is no hot water and I didn’t see the hair blower. The toilet doesn’t flash. No toothbrush just one drying towel. This hotel has good location nearby the MTR and some restaurants, banks etc. It also has a good window view.It does have tight security. The owner doesn’t respond fast to messages.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hostel in Hong Kong and while it offered a budget-friendly option, there were some notable things to consider. The room I stayed in was quite small, with two sets of triple bunk beds. On the first night, I found myself on the top bunk, which was uncomfortably close to the ceiling. It was so low that I couldn’t even sit up properly or bend my legs—thankfully, I’m not claustrophobic. The next day, I was able to switch to a different bed as someone left, which was a relief.
The bathroom was very compact but functional, and like the rest of the hostel, everything felt quite narrow. It wasn’t the most spacious experience, but it did the job.
On the plus side, this hostel is affordable, and its location is perfect for exploring Hong Kong, being centrally located with easy access to key attractions. Overall, while it may not be the most comfortable place to stay, it’s definitely one of the cheapest options in a prime area.
