The mountain room view was breath-taking. Spacious room, excellent service from all staff and dinner at Ming Pavilion was great. They could accommodate to vegetarians and the dragon pearl tea was fragrant.

However, the service left much to be desired, as some staff were unfriendly (rather rude), and the check-in process was particularly frustrating, with a 40-minute wait. Additionally, the hotel doesn't cater much to children, and the pool is quite small, which might be disappointing for families. While the views and location are a highlight, these shortcomings detract from an otherwise promising stay.
