Hotel location is very convenient and near to train station. Plenty of eateries and shops around. Just right opposite is Victoria Park. Check in process was a little slow. Probably due to peak timing but the staff ensured to speed things up. Overall our stay was great. Perhaps housekeeping could also clean under the bed as there were quite some dust underneath it.

Hotel customer service is good and interiors are very nice but room is very small. Hard to go around even just for 2 persons. Location wise the MTR is not near too, around 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Breakfast don’t expect it to be a buffet. Set meal with unli-drinks and bread.

The rooms in this hotel are very noisy. Noise from elevators and air-conditioning as well as service noise from maintenance staff or kitchen functions at the back of the hotel are all highly noticeable in all the rooms I was offered to consider. I had asked for a quiet room when I booked and I repeated this preference when I checked in, and in spite of that, I was given a noisy room. Although the staff were polite when I pointed out that my room was unacceptable after the first night, it still took several rounds of viewings of almost identical rooms with the exact same amount of noise. No compensation for the inconvenience, or the bad night spent in the hotel, was offered, and based on this experience I don't think the price charged was reasonable. Showing me identical rooms when I complained about the noise seemed pretty weird, so it's possible that all the rooms in this hotel are very noisy, and therefore it may be that this hotel is more suitable for people with reduced hearing or who are used to sleeping in noisy environments. The picture shows the city view from the last room I tried

The hotel and location were great for nearby shopping with a toddler, but the front-of-house staff were not so friendly. I'm an IHG member, which was part of my decision to stay at the Crowne Plaza, but I was surprised to discover my points would not be awarded to my IHG membership because I didn't book directly with the hotel.
The breakfast food quality and service were good, but the restaurant room was too narrow and not easy to walk around during the peak breakfast time.

Was noisy due to the noise from outside. The view was bad (somewhere in the back of the hotel). We arrived in my husband birthday and asked them to arrange the room in a celebration mood or whatever is possible and they didn’t manage neither to let a card with a “happy birthday-day”. I was super said. Also we asked for transfer to hotel. They didn’t mention that is not free of charge and the schedule started at 7 which for us was not that good. Anyway we payed 220 local money and they left at 6.50 and manage to arrive in 40 min so was good.

We reserved a disabled room for 2 nights and the quality of service for elderly guests is good, especially the maid cleansing room services. The front desk staff also helpful and arranged late checkout for us. The lobby has regular staff to lead guest the directions. The Hopewell mall has different shops for guests and connected to Wu Chung House in between has various restaurants. Good to restay again if room available next time.

The Hari Hong Kong features a prime location with easy access to key areas and offers compact and stylish rooms. Staff are generally polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere. However, some incidents detracted from the experience. The check-in process was problematic; I was asked to sign the credit card slip for a deposit hold, deviating from the international norm of a simple card swipe, suggesting a need for improved staff training. A major issue arose one morning with a water outage, preventing me from showering before a crucial meeting and causing significant inconvenience and tardiness. Directed to shower elsewhere, this major service failure greatly impacted my stay. The hotel's attempts to address and compensate for this disruption were inadequate, reflecting poor service recovery and further highlighting staff training gaps. In conclusion, The Hari Hong Kong offers a desirable location and generally polite staff, but the unacceptable water outage, combined with the poor handling of the situation, resulted in a decidedly mixed impression. The hotel urgently needs to improve its procedures for addressing major service failures to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

Have not seen a butler throughout my entire stay, and was not even advised of butler service during check in. Not so friendly front desk staff (a lady in glasses) advised that I needed to pay an extra $500 AUD approximately for my kid to stay in the same room with me!
Otherwise amenities and cleanliness were great, attentive staff at the drawing room, breakfast was amazing.

One of the best hotel service I have experienced!!!!!
The place feel like home, food quality superb. Like the detail, e.g. hold an umbrella for you while you step out of the hotel (it was raining). Environment and interior design feels like quiet luxury. Tho not many facilities inside and it’s just a boutique hotel but the service worths it all!!!

Absolutely loved my stay here! I booked it for the convenient location (you can reach 2 metro lines walking from hotel through the sky bridges, and the star ferry 😉 in no-time!)
From the moment I stepped into the hotel and room, I was genuinely blown away. The space was not only luxurious but thoughtfully designed down to every detail, the bedding was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast included which I can recommend the choices are very diverse with slight changes each day. Staff was very polite and helpful!
The elevator was fast and smoothly and I stayed during a vacation period, (I stayed on the 37th floor - 3 floors away from top level)
This stay didn’t just meet my expectations it completely exceeded them. I can’t wait to return, need to save up but will be worth to stay again!!

GGuest UserA Perfect Stay at Mira Moon – Our Best Experience in Hong Kong Yet!
Having traveled to Hong Kong multiple times, we can confidently say that our stay at Mira Moon was by far the best. Located between Wan Chai and Causeway Bay, this hotel offers the perfect balance of accessibility, dining, and shopping. With Times Square just a 5-minute walk away, you are surrounded by fantastic food options and top-tier shopping destinations.
The room itself was a delight—quirky, stylish, and beautifully designed, offering a stunning harbour view from our 30th-floor vantage point. But what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional hotel staff. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, ensuring our experience was seamless.
Without a doubt, we will be staying at Mira Moon again—and most likely for all our future visits to Hong Kong! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in the city.
