The home has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and an upstairs sleeping area, sleeping 10 guests comfortably. A patio leading to the new dock, a piano and porch/playroom make this the ultimate family getaway. The home is located 7 miles off of Exit 25 of I-87, 25 minutes from Gore Mountain, 10 minutes from Dynamite Hill and has access (across the road) to the North Warren Trailblazers snowmobile club trails. Beautiful stay
Great time at this home with beautiful sunset views. Lake is gorgeous. Family loved fishing off the rocks, swimming, kayaking etc.

This is a very beautiful house. And the location is perfect. Our whole family came, and had a wonderful time enjoying each other in the big kitchen and the big entertainment room. We also love swimming right off the dock, and of course the kids loved catching fish. Erin is a wonderful host, and is always looking out for us.

Fantastic lake house
We had another great week at the Butler house, can't say enough about this place, it has everything you would possibly need. Erin is a pleasure to work with, can't wait to re book for 2024.

Prime Location
Private point of ground, clean, quiet lake, beautiful home. Perfect for my 4 generation family reunion. Only problems we had were the hot tub - could not get it above 78 degrees and the high spotlights - could not reach for replacement and many were out. Minor issues and did not want to bother the host.

The house and spot on the lake is great! Easy to swim and nice shallow spot for littles. House accommodated 8 people comfortably and had many common areas for everyone to be together.

Perfect location
This was the second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first time. The house is perfect for everyone, lots of toys for the kids, awesome bar area for the adults and couldn’t be any closer to the water. The kids already want to go back.

Wonderful stay
We enjoyed our stay so much!! The lake house is amazing and we loved spending time enjoying the lake. The swimming was great as well. You couldn’t beat the views of the lake from the house.

Well appointed waterfront home
We had a lovely 4 night stay mid August 2024. The location is ideal. The view is beautiful. The house has everything you need for enjoyable vacation. There are several sitting areas, a huge game room, well appointed kitchen, dining room with lake views and a flagstone patio overlooking the lake with comfortable furniture.We will definetly return.
