First of all . My room was across the street in different house! Room temperature was like sauna ! Probably Heater in bathroom was working whole day ! I arrived around 10 pm , was tired and exhausted! I didn’t know how turn it off ! On my phone calls to fix it ~ Frond desk lady was rude and non apologetic! Terrible service!

房間很漂亮，周邊的大自然環境超美。房間裏的床單很趕緊，床墊睡起來很舒適，躺上去嬰兒眠，離機場不遠，非常喜歡。

房間設施還算齊全，就是太小了，兩個人都轉不開身，工作人員服務還算不錯，酒店有機場往來交通車，收費13英鎊（5分鐘車程，不算便宜），酒店沒有電梯，樓梯很高，請工作人員幫忙才把行李搬上搬下，這一點很不方便。早餐很豐富。這個酒店應該是住宅改建的，就幾間房，不知道怎麼評的4顆星。如果是3顆星還是不錯的，4星就名不副實了。

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel accueillant et lit confortable.

Better than I expected

Room was in a difffent building to one pictured on website, no one helped with my bags, building smelt of ****, super thin walls to the point where I could hear someone else snoring. definitely a reason why it’s so cheap.

It is very easy to find. Few metres away from train station. Really good hotel. Although the staff sometimes you have to wait the other is absolutely brilliant

服務態度一般，我充電插頭變換頭沒帶，不借衹賣 ，定好的早餐衹給了麪包，交涉後才給了英式香腸和炒雞蛋，差一點要我另外付費……

Thats not a hotel just house...

If you have been in Turkiye’s hotels, I strongly suggest don’t compare with them, because if you compare prices and services of hotels in UK, then you should give them 0 point.
