Premier Inn Bolton (Stadium/Arena)

The wrong hotel was advertised when we were told we had stayed at the wrong place the original hotel which is this one didn’t refund us the refused trip.con

Upon arrival, I wasn't told that the tv in the room wasn't working and the replacement was waiting to be installed. As for the room they now only have 1 bedside table so you have a choice either rearrange the room or 1 person has to put there stuff on the floor. The reception staff on day of arrival appeared to be lacking front of house training & their ability to deal with simple requests was negligible.. For our 2nd day the male front of house employee was extremely condescending and patronising to myself when I asked about tables. He was aware that the room that we were in did not have a functional television. He asked when we was going out so he could get it fixed (something that should have been guaranteed for the arrival of guests) i found his whole demeanor and officious manner very insulting & he seemd to be.more concerned about costs for the business than customer service and satisfaction. If it wasn't for out logistics of our stay in Bolton we would have moved hotel. After this experience, we will not return to this particular branch of the Premier Inn business

An absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel with amazing staff! Leanne always make every effort in all aspects of our stay. She is always focussed on improving the guest experience. This includes a full dedicated and committed service during breakfast to ensuring all rooms are presented in the optimal condition. Good hotel, great location, rooms are very clean and well decorated. The staff are very friendly and helpful, with a special call-out to Leanne, who has been extremely professional and efficient, thank you. The staff definitely have a can do attitude, dealing with problems as a team. Whatever time of day you arrive, you are always welcomed with a smile.

Really nice Premier Inn. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. There's not an electric car charger at the place but one a few mins walk away in the Asda car park. It's very handy for getting to UCLAN in Preston or into Manchester as the train station is almost next door.

The hotel was well located, clean and friendly. Check in was smooth and the room was nice and spacious. Special mention to staff member Gill who went out of her way to make our stay extra special. Gill made sure all guest where catered for at breakfast.
