VVictoria PunzalanStayed overnight to finally see the Oregon caves. It was the perfect stop from Sacramento. Th lobby was clean and staff was welcoming. We arrived past 8 pm and was happy that they had hot water for tea and regular and decaffeinated coffee around the clock. I can’t say anything about breakfast since we slept through it. Our room was surprisingly spacious, linens were nice and clean. The room had a TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a safe. There were face, hand and bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel and hand soap. Definitely one I will go back to should I need to stay overnight in the area.

KKirk GarnerWe love this hotel and everything was perfect, except for two things... First, there was no soap, which I'm sure was just an oversight by the cleaning crew. It was easy to call the desk and get more. Second, and this was the much bigger problem: the shower was built incorrectly. It only had one temperature (as hot as possible!) and an on-off valve. It was impossible to take a shower without getting scalded by the water. We didn't have this problem in another room last time we stayed here, so I don't know why this room had this problem. The shower in room 121 needs to be looked at by a professional plumber to figure out how to put the right kind of control on it.
